Also checked to see what diagnositic testing and blood work I was due for. I felt like she listened. The office was right on time and I was in a room at my appointment time. The only thing I did not care for, is she electronically sent my blood work to Quest lab, and my mammogram and colonoscopy orders to two other doctors. I have no idea if they're in my Aetna commercial PPO plan, so i had to go on online and check first. Ive never had a provider do this without first asking where i wanted to go.

And have abandoned their patients and prescriptions are no longer refillable. One must make another appointment with one of their physicians in order to get their prescriptions however they do not have appointments available for another year. I have called three times and only the office staff have attempted to assist me. I found out that my practitioner left from my pharmacy not from their practice. Nobody bothered to call me or to assist me with the next level of care. Personally by having a doctorate in physical therapy and working for , I would avoid this practice and definitely look elsewhere. This review actually hurts my heart because I have had wonderful care prior to this. Wherever you are Allie and Brittany, I am sure that you are much happier. There billing dept. doesn't know what there doing, had to have united health care tell me the right…read moreamount of money I owed them ( they tried to over change Me). They don't send billing statements just an email saying pay X amount of dollars. they canceled my appointment for not paying what they wanted and tried to charge me a cancellation fee on the appointment they canceled. Be careful, demand a billing statement so you know what you're paying for and go to there portal and print out there billing summery, they post there mistakes.

Dr. Rivera is a very unsympathetic individual and seems to think everyone that claims to be in pain is dr shopping. I have had multiple back surgerys and still have issues and when speaking with him about the pain and what I can do to get it in control he immediately wants to rush you out and doesn't answer any of your questions. Very unhappy with this practice.
