Fortunately, it appears most of those reviews appear to be from several years ago, including at least one or two during the COVID pandemic. People, give us all a break. BB&GG Farms has been owned by the same family members for many decades. They are known throughout the community as honest, knowledgeable and helpful business people. Many of the same workers I encountered more than 10 years go are still there - loyally working to keep this place one of the nicest nurseries and greenhouses on the North Shore. Landscaping contractors, homeowners, commercial property owners all come to BB&GG, whether for a single potted garden plant, a few back yard barrier trees, the right blooming timing of different flowers and bushes, not to mention dozens of trees and bushes for office or other commercial buildings. Walk in with a question, walk out with an answer. tell them you want to buy a certain tree or plant, and they will make sure it's the right specimen for your purpose. Buy something that wasn't healthy (that you didn't neglect?) They stand behind their product - I've personally benefitted from this policy. Trust this place and the good people who work there. You won't be disappointed.

Everythjng is on display and you can walk around and spend time with the plants getting a feel so what you need. The staff is friendly and available if you need help locating items. If you choose to drive through the area just remember to leave the truck open for inspection upon leaving.
