We had been planning our wedding on Burt Lake for the past several months. We made plans with Terry back in June about renting some equipment for the wedding, and thought we were all set to go. As the wedding approached, it was nigh impossible to get him to respond to calls, texts, or emails. When I did finally get a hold of him, he did not really seem to know who I was, and was planning to bring equipment that we had mentioned we wouldnt need anymore months prior. We asked for a written quote on multiple occasions, and was not given the time of day. The day before the wedding, we still had not heard from him about our equipment, and would not answer calls or texts from myself, my husband, nor my father! We ended up using another vendor, which turned out to be easier and cheaper. Called to let him know we did not need to use him, and of course finally answered on the 1st ring. Knaffle's Tent Rental exceeded all our expectations and offered top notch service! We rented one of their largest tents, table, chairs, cocktail tables and dance floor for our 300 guest wedding and it was absolutely perfect! All items we very clean and well maintained. The staff was amazing, so accommodating and quick to answer any questions I had. They were punctual and very hard working! They went above and beyond to make my dream wedding come true. Yikes! Hmm...this guy refused to rent me an item because I didn't rent all items from him. Then he slammed the phone down on me and said he didn't need my business because he has more customers than he can handle. Didn't realize that was how companies did business these days. Will never use and never give good recommendations. read more

After another rental company double booked our rented tables, Knaffle Rental came to the rescue with very little notice! They did an awesome job setting up for our wedding and had excellent prices. Very friendly employees and they were very respectful to the property (Did not drive across lawn & were conscientious of the sprinkler system). read more
