Love this place! I've been going to Danielle for 8+ years....she has helped me with multiple injuries and just plain relaxation!

I very rarely write reviews and when I do, it is usually because I had outstanding service. Unfortunately, this is not one of those times. The massage by Kristina was top knotch - I give her 5 stars, but..... First off, I called August 30, 2023 and they told me $69/month for the monthly membership. I signed up and had the massage 3 days later and it was awesome. When I was charged for the membership on August 30, 2023, the membership charge came up as $77. When I got a hold of them, (NOT EASY!) they told me the price went up Monday the 28th - (3 days BEFORE I called and was told $69). It still said $69 on the website. No offer to return the extra amount out of courtesy - no apology. Just "the girl told you the wrong price." Horrible customer service. Oh, they are nice - IF you can get a hold of them - but they don't do what they say they will. I ended up cancellling the membership 2 weeks later. I didn't like the customer service and I felt they didn't handle the situation properly. I didn't want to deal with a company like that as I foresaw more problems down the line. Since then, I have been charged 2 more times for a membership I had cancelled. I was charged September 30th - 2 weeks after I canceled it. After many attempts to get a hold of them, they finally returned the overcharges and said everything was cancelled - the payments and the membership. I believed them. But wait, there's more! I was charged AGAIN at the end of October after being told TWICE that it was cancelled! Now, I am furious! This is twice I was told it was cancelled and I got charged again. So, after trying to get a hold of them on the phone today with no success - (every choice you choose on the phone menu tells you to go to the website) - I went to the business in person. I explained that I was VERY angry and that I am not a bitch and hate confrontation, but this needs to be fixed TODAY! The girls were nice and apologetic and said that the previous girl (it has been a different person every time I talk to them) didn't do it right and that they have it fixed. They said they sent an email to the owner, Sue Gance, explaining the situation. I left feeling better and calmed down. Time will tell. If I get charged again in November, I will be taking legal action to get this settled once and for all! I hate confrontation and I always try to be nice - "until it's time not to be nice." (Patrick Swayze - Road House). This is the short version...they don't answer the phone, they don't return phone calls and they don't cancel memberships when you ask. It is unfortunate because I really liked my massage and the therapist. She was very nice and did a great job. Had they treated the financial part of it any differently, I would have continued my membership. I am not going to say don't go there. The massage was good. I had one previously in February as my BF got me a gift card. Shaun was really good, also. That is why I decided to get a membership. What I am going to say is be VERY vigilent on the finance end. Make sure that you get charged what they tell you it will be. I have seen other reviews with money issues and being told different prices than what you are charged. Hopefully the owner will get some quality office people in there that know what they are doing. read more

I've never slandered a business before but this morning I woke up sick and tried calling at 7:30 am to reschedule a 9am appointment. I have a gift card on file, a Christmas gift from my husband that I was so excited to finally use. they charged me the total amount on the gift card. I did not reschedule and will never go their again. read more

I had a massage here this weekend. Similar to all the other reviews and I can't say anything bad. This place does it right. Parking is easy and right out front. No issues finding a spot. The women at the front desk was polite and helpful. She answers my question and was patient. The front area is very clean and calming. I choose to sit in the quiet room prior to my massage. It is also clean and comfortable. It has a great view of the river. The masseuse came and got me on time. He took me to a good sized room that was clean and good temperature. The tables were also comfortable. I had an 80 minute massage. He was very helpful and asked how it was going or if he could change anything throughout. Even at the end asked how it was and for feedback. Everyone cared and wanted to make sure you had a good experience. I would definitely try this place. read more

Nice place! From the outside it looks VERY sketchy...the inside is actually really nice and tasteful. They also have a super pleasant view of the river which is calming (I guess depending on which room you're in). Hailey was professional and did a nice job with everything. I guess my only complaint was that I wish the room could've been darkened or I was provided an eye pillow. The room (bc of the nice view) was right on the river so it was really bright. read more

Had one of the best massages by Brittny I've had in a really long time. She really worked hard on my problem areas. I get a massage every few months or so for years. From the moment you you walk it's relaxing. The decor was really nice. Looked clean. The receptionist was very friendly. Oh the waiting room was awesome, it Looked over the Susquehanna river. It was such a disappointing experience that someone at Knead Relief Massage had canceled our appointment the day prior without any communication/notification. This place is great! I had a 50 minute deep tissue massage with Patrick and I highly recommend. I asked him to work mainly on an area of my back that has been hurting, and he did an amazing job completely restructuring the massage to cater to that request. He was communicative but not in an annoying way and the whole experience was very relaxing. I went with my mom who got a traditional massage and she also loved her experience. We were both also taken back right at our scheduled appointment times. The waiting area and whole facility are very nice, clean, and inviting. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Binghamton! It takes a lot for me to log into yelp and write a review and given my history I have not written many but I am writing this ONE because it made a difference. In the last 13 years of my massage history in different countries and states, there has ONLY been 1 person who was on top of my list for the last 5 years that I went to only ONCE when I was in Washington DC. Since then, no one has been able to beat his hands or techniques, until I came to this place yesterday and Shane C. was just phenomenal. He did an amazing job with deep tissue massage of my neck, shoulders, back/lower back. I was in a lot of pain, and he knew exactly what to do. I am sure this place has other very talented and skilled massage therapists, but it was my first time here and I am glad I was scheduled with him. He is the only one who has managed to get on top of MY current list and move someone down to #2 five years later. Just like Dave Portnoy rates pizzas, I rate my massages =). Only took me 5 years to find someone THAT good (10/10). Some people know how to give a massage, and some UNDERSTAND massage with given anatomy. BUT on another note, his hands are also blessed. Oh my god...I love this place. I live in NYC and i've had several massages and NONE compare. I scheduled my appt. The day before and got right in. Upon entering, there is fresh fruit infused water in the reception area, a fireplace, and comfy seating. It's about at zen as you can get. Now for the massage....as a first time customer I took advantage of the $49 introductory rate (steal). My massage tech asked what my daily activities were to better understand the pain I was having. The massage was VERY thorough (unlike some places which give you more of a back rub than a massage). You know it's a good massage when you literally walk out pain-free. As an added bonus they give you a heating pad during the massage to keep you cozy. Afterwards I felt SO GOOD I wanted to book another massage next time I'm in town. read more

I have been to high end spa's in Las Vegas, Atlantic City and Foxwoods casino and my therapist at Knead Relief is as good as if not better than any massage therapist that I have experienced at those establishments. Visited Knead Relief Massage while visiting during graduation weekend, I regret not visiting this place while I was still attending BU. Went in for a couples massage and I have zero complaints. First, there is parking right upfront which is super convenient. Upon entering, the decor and energy of the facility is really calming. This was my first experience getting a massage professionally, I didn't really know what to expect. You're asked to fill out some paperwork to identity any troubled areas. We were placed in a waiting room for no more than five minutes. Once we were taken to the room, we each had a brief consultation based off of the paperwork we filled out. The room we were in had views of the Chenango river. Throughout the massage the masseuse checked in to make sure everything was okay in terms of pressure and . We took advantage of being first timers at this facility and only paid $49 each. I definitely recommend KRM to anyone who is a first timer and is looking for an amazing professional massage. read more

my wife and i made appointments in early february for 3pm on 2-22-19. we arrived on time and were told very casually that my appointment was not noted in the computer. we were told that my wife could receive her massage and that i would have to reschedule. the manager said i would be "given a gift card" for my future appointment. the "gift card", however, would have to be paid for. the original appointments were made by my wife using my credit card. how, i ask, can my credit card be used by my wife for her massage. they accepted my credit card as security because we were both originally scheduled. it is obvious to both of us that someone else was allowed to take my appointment. our to and from drive of 90 minutes was very disappointing. never again. read more
