I arrived 10 minutes early and filled out a simple form. I was the shown into my room. Charlotte was my therapist and she asked what was sore or what I preferred. I said my lower back and shoulders would be my preference for massage. She said perfect and gave me time to undress and lay down on table. The massage was 30 minutes and it was AMAZING!!!
