We have tried to reach out and have not received a return call. Knickerbocker wants to charge an additional fee to do what should have been done originally by the opening team. We are simply requesting that the job that we paid for be completed. If there is something that needs to be fixed...we'll discuss that at that point. I will update review if we ever get this resolved.

I feel like I'm actually being taken care of and they make my pool management easy. If I bring in a water sample they chemically evaluate and recommend what I need to put it back in balance. They tend to be more expensive than the other pool place in Troy but with Knickerbocker I am able to manage my pool with little effort. That means I get to spend more time in it.
