All I continue to recieve is a busy signal and NO ONE has yet contacted me with ANY status. I just called the number at 4:05 AM and still recieve a busy signal so either those phones are being busied out purposely or are in need of repair. However, I contacted the county to see if my case has been filed only to find that my estranged wife,Lucille HAS ALREADY FILED HER DIVORCE PAPERS ALREADY! I was assurred by this office that my papers were to be filed immeadiately as I have a 3 year restraining order on her and she has already made contact by staying across the street and sending a man to my home harassing me for money threatening violence and the police are now invloved. Had your phone lines worked properly, Or your office had contacted me with status, I would not be forced to write this, In addition, Lucille has been arrested for two violations since! Why hasn't Mr. Thornley filed my papers in a timely manner as promised? And why doesn't his office contact me as she has now escalated to violence? Had you and your office filed those papers in a timely manner,, as I was assurred that they would be, I would not be forced to be going through this additional mental & emotional anguish. I gave Thornley a 1000.00 retainer so there is no tangable reason for this OUTCOME AS IT IS NOT WHAT WE AGREED TO! ! THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL & UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR that will effect my case.
