DO NOT TRY THE BLUE SLIDE Here is a picture of my brother's back He thought he broke it from that ride. Enjoy

Knight's has been a great experience for me & my kids for several years. Check in is easy. The line gets a little long at opening, but moves pretty quick. Maybe consider putting a nice awning at the ticket counter for some shade. My kids love all the slides/rides. The park stays clean & there seems to have plenty of staff & lifeguards. We are fortunate to have this park in our town.

    Part of the wave pool.

For being the only activity park in a smallish town it is fun. You only need about 3 hours to do everything at the water park. It is expensive for what you get. There is also a put put golf, driving range, an arcade and some carnival type rides. The mini golf is fun but a very small course. The kids will have a good time.

    At the wave pool!

Waterpark is a little overpriced in my opinion but the driving range and batting cages are nice!

Been here a few times and had no problems. Go kart track could use an update but the water rides are good.

Hit those water slides, the toilet bowl slide, lazy river, and the wave pool for a good water logging kind of day. We normally grab some snacks too.

We have been season pass holders for many years & I can't believe I've never reviewed this place!…read more Here's the scoop: Tickets: it's expensive to go one time, season passes are where it's at. If you don't have a season pass & a friend or family member does they can get you in 1/2 off! Season passes are cheapest around Christmas for the next summer. Parking does cost a few bucks but is included in certain season passes if you plan to go often. You can also get slightly discounted tickets online if you pick your day in advance. Drinks & food: if you buy a reusable cup you can refill it all season, definitely worth it! Goes on sale preseason. Food lines get long and quality goes downhill later in the day, we have the best luck at Surfside right at noon. The chicken tenders and burgers come with fries and a drink for around $10 & both are decent! You can't bring anything but water in, but you can pack a lunch and enjoy it outside the gates at picnic tables! Best time to go: 10am, right when the doors open! You can get a good chair and have some time without a million other people in the pool, slides and lazy river. What's there: wave pool (waves go off at regular intervals), lazy river (tube provided but can't take it out of there), several slides, & a kid area. If you want a tube for the wave pool you can rent one (or get a pass for the season!). There isn't a ton of shade near water, and on busy days there may be a wait for a shaded table. Bring your sunscreen! Overall - it's totally worth season pass prices to my family, we've had lots of fun here & enjoy many days in the sun! The food can be pretty hit or miss, but when we stick with ordering early we are happy!

This water park is most definitely geared for younger children or adults. I didn't find it amusing…read moreenough to say it's geared for a much older audience. There are 3 water slides. One in the kiddie pool area, and two one you take a tube down, and the other you don't need one. The pool goes from a few inches up to about 5 1/2 feet deep, no diving allowed. There separate locker rooms/restrooms with showers, and outdoor lockers that you can rent for a small fee to store your things securely. The admission fee was something like $5/person but on this particular visit we used some free admission coupons that were given to us by someone leaving the park. Total score! The facility seems to be kept clean, and I saw a suitable amount of life guards available in case one were to be needed. I should also mention that there is a small park area that is accessible from within the water park. I want to say that I seen a sand pit, and some swings. There were lots of chairs for sunbathing and a concession stand as well.

I did have an incident however, that makes us not want to go back anytime soon. My son has schizophrenia. When he comes to the pool with us all he does is walk around. He paces. That's just all he does. He rarely even gets in the water. Well, someone reported him as being "suspicious" & said he was following them. I wasn't at all happy about the way management handled the situation. They had the park police come & wanted them to tell my son to leave. I talked to the park police & explained that he's got this disease & he walks around & talks to himself. But he's the sweetest person you'll ever meet! He's harmless, extremely friendly doesn't bother anyone. It really hurt him to think that someone accused him of doing something malicious. They agreed not to make him leave as long as he stayed right with me. But that's impossible. He can't stay in one area...ever. He walks all over. So my brother came to pick him up & take him home because he was so upset. He felt very discriminated against & so did I. It's sad that I can't even take him swimming for fear his "odd behavior" will make someone think he's doing something wrong! People need to be educated about people with mental disabilities. (& it's very obvious that he has one). Anyway, we won't be back because he doesn't feel comfortable there. We are going to a pool in Bloomington /Normal now & it's wonderful. No one has bothered him or been bothered by him & we love it.

We visit family in Macomb at least once a year and are aways on the lookout for new things to do…read more Was excited to hear about Macombopoly this year and ventured out on a sunny afternoon to try. The app was easy to download and use. The navigation to the spots was straightforward with everything either on or within a block of the square. Each spot had fun tidbits of info about Macomb with some including quizzes or selfies to take for spots. A lot of the actions include prizes in the form of coupons or even free little gifts at some of the local businesses. There are 60 total actions and we finished about half in 1.5 hours but spent some time venturing into stores and taking a few breaks. There were a few times we ended up criss-crossing across the square when we ended up in jail. It is also nice that you can roll regular or single rolls which allows you to go square by square to, potentially, shorten the time and walking a bit. One piece to mute is that the picture you take for the selfie activities don't seem to save so, if you want them for your own memories make sure you post your social media or save in your photos before leaving the task. This is a fun, unique activity for anyone in Macomb, locals and visitors! Even of you don't fully finish, it's fun way to spend a few hours in Macomb.
