I sent in pictures and not only did they not work with me to replace a $300 order that my customer refused and had to be refunded, they simply NEVER responded to the complaint. This was 30 Sf of vinyl that they could have replaced for $40 including shipping, for a customer that has spent thou$ands with them, While waiting, assuming (you know how that is) that they would make it right, I ordered a banner stand. Naturally it arrived broken. They will do great work until they don't, and they will ignore your complaints when they don't.
