Sie liegt direkt am Wahrzeichen des Frankfurter Stadtteils Bornheim - dem Uhrtürmchen. Zu unserer Buchhandlung gehört seit jeher ein Antiquariat im Hinterhof. Dieses haben wir in den vergangen Jahren immer mehr zu einem Kulturraum umfunktioniert. Wir veranstalten hier Lesungen - mit Autoren aus Frankfurt und der ganzen Welt. Außerdem finden hier zahlreiche Kurse zum kreativen Schreiben statt. Dank dieses Konzepts vereinen wir Bücher von gestern, von heute und von morgen unter einem Dach. In dem um 1910 erbauten Haus, in dem unsere Buchhandlung zu finden ist, war früher übrigens eine Leihbibliothek. Nach dem zweiten Weltkrieg wurde daraus eine Buchhandlung, zeitweise verlegte diese auch Bücher zur Geschichte des Stadtteils Bornheim. Seit 1999 ist die Amerikanistin Angelika Schleindl die Inhaberin der Buchhandlung.
