This place is amazing! I went to get my very first massage with my mom who loves massages. They did us both well! Very accommodating to my mother's needs and made sure to educate us on what to do after our massage. It's very clean in here, smells great, music is very relaxing, and friendly staff! I'm definitely coming back again! read more

Made an appointment online, got an email, showed up a week later for my scheduled appointment. Seems to be an issue they have known about with their website. I'm giving them 2 stars as they gave me the name of another place to try, which I will review after the appointment. So if you are going to make an appointment, CALL, don't use their online appointment scheduler on their website. read more

The therapists are fantastic, and offer a wide variety of techniques. I made my first appointment after injuring my upper back and neck while goofing around with my kids, and Jeannie Smith was amazing! Also, I can't wait to try the Fit Body Wrap and the sauna during the winter months. read more

Cute place, welcoming receptionist, relaxing treatment rooms. I enjoyed a wonderful 60 minutes with Nina. I hadn't had a massage in a while and this was my first massage with Nina. She could tell exactly what my muscles needed and I left feeling like a new woman. read more

I always feel special and welcomed by Betty when I enter Knot-Release Therapies. Every massage has been wonderful. Years ago I had a sledding incident and left me with frequent neck pain. With routine massage, Nina has kept me pain free and feeling great! I would highly recommend her!!! read more

History

Established in 2009.

Started out inside Half Baked Tanning. In Dec of 2009, I moved into 102 W Broadway. In March 2013, we moved to 1206 Wheeler rd. We grew to have several staff members that included Massage therapists and Support staff. In 2021, We moved again to 1217 E Wheeler road, where we continue to grow and expand. We have expanded our services to include Cryoskin body contouring, and a varity of facial skincare services.

Meet the Business Owner: Nina M.

I knew I wanted to be a massage therapist since I was 12yrs old. I love massage. I graduated top of my class in 2009 and started my practice as soon as I got my license. I've since gotten my certification in Medical Massage and Bamboo Fusion massage. I started out working Farmers Market. I was the first massage therapist to try this in Moses Lake. I've really love helping as many as possible to feel their best and live healthier lives. I look forward to years of learning and being able to apply that to help people feel and look their best.

She proceeded to "shape" my eyebrows while talking about her father dating younger women! She ultimately left me with half an eyebrow! She tinted them and tried to hide the mistake and I didn't notice until I got home. For that, I paid full price. I then stated to the nail technician that I was going to pick my color for my pedicure and she quickly told me I didn't have an appointment! The owner heard and quickly got on her cell phone to call another technician in. What a fiasco! Not only is this place unprofessional, the owner is not a true businesswoman. Her customer service skills are appalling! Her conversations are inappropriate and her "waxroom" is dirty. I will never go back to that pit of a salon. Mediocre service in all areas. She'd be better off closing and pursuing other endeavors. Her appearance was not professional. I am sickened!

I've been going to Nina every month for years ... she alway makes me feel relaxed and renewed. She gives a fantastic massage and has a lot of knowledge about the human body.
