Like the other reviews, I can say Erin is amazing. She does a great intake and has a comfortable and safe feeling. She communicates her plans and checks in for permission (great trauma informed care). Her touch and techniques were just right and she found all my problem spots. She was able to work out some tension and tightness I didn't even realize I had, which was an excellent body check in for me. She suggested some stretches to keep those muscles supple and continue to work them out. The check out was thorough, with her explaining her findings and suggestions as well as recommended frequency. I absolutely love my massages with Erin. I have been in the wellness industry for 30 years and I've had many massages. There are a number of reasons why I continue to see Erin for monthly massages. I heard Erin was amazing from a few friends so I finally had to go try her myself. THEY WERE RIGHT. She was able to see me with pretty short notice. Her building was easy to find and when I arrived there was ample parking. She's in an older medical building off of Park St. but her space is completely remodeled and so clean and peaceful. Even though I'm vaccinated, I felt like her COVID protocol was really great and would have felt safe even if I wasn't. I got the 90 min massage and the dry brushing. My review isn't going to do her justice...Erin is truly gifted. Due to a year of WFH sitting at a not-very-ergonomic-desk/chair for way too many hours and the stress of homeschooling my kids, I had a ton of tension in my upper back/neck/shoulders that she completely worked out. There is a spot in my mid back that has always been uncomfortable during massages...yep, she completely fixed that, too. I had always been curious about dry brushing so I thought I'd give it a try. She explained what she was doing and the benefits of it. AND bonus....I got to keep my brush so I've been able to continue to do that at home. Now I'm a believer. I feel amazing.
