I guess it is a general rule with renewing and buying all travel passes, but try to visit at off peak times to ensure you don't get stuck in a lengthy commuter queue.

Thing is the price was the same as online anyway so it was nicer to have the extra help from the travel agents. The woman we booked with was great with helping them decide where to go and who to stop with -was somewhere in Majorca. They had a great time and it gave them the confidence to go on holiday alone since then. More recently I booked our Disney theme park tickets through them, they were a few pounds more expensive than getting them through the Disney site, but we couldn't get the offer of 4 days for the price of 3 so ended up saving money anyway. Staff are always helpful and friendly - you have to ring a bell to get in and are usually faced with someone wanting to help you straight away but they are not pushy at all so if you are just going in for a brochure don't be put off by having to ring a bell

Subsequently my mother was diagnosed with incurable cancer. When approached about cancelling the flights (Trailfinders had not passed on any deposit money to the airline - British Airways) they have been told there's no refund at all. British Airways have confirmed directly to us that they would have refunded had any money been transferred over. The destination booked in the USA on hearing this news refunded the holiday money for accommodation immediately. So Trailfinders have pocketed the money and have no intention of refunding. A morally bankrupt and disgraceful big bully boy business. No compassion at all. had to give them one pip just to post this as there's no -5 pips selection

The place was very well presented and had all sorts of holidays available. It was the store manager who served me and we discussed the type of holiday I was after and what they had to offer me. The discussion was a little slow at first because she was trying to get a specific holiday idea out of me, which I didn't know and kept finding holidays that were out of my budget. The discussion got better though and they had some good deals to offer and some that were not so good. For each offer she went through everything clearly (resort, flights, things to do, price etc.) Unlike many other travel agents there was no pressure to secure anything there and then, which was a great relief. She even emailed me the details allowing me time to think more about them. Seeing as though I am looking to book last minute ( I know that's not good organisation) I was hoping for something cheaper but what they offered beats anything else I've found so I will definitely be coming back to book!

The holidays are fairly cheap and the staff are very experienced and definitely know what there doing. Definitely worth a visit if you want to book a holiday. The shop is fairly small but it is more than adequate for your needs there is a currency exchange in there as well so you are able to change all your money accordingly. I am really pleased with this shop would recommend to anyone.
