Joe and the team at BB&P went above and beyond all our expectations. They not only fixed my car in only 4 days, they arranged to give us a courtesy vehicles since we did not have rental coverage through our insurance. We also had protective trim on our doors that our insurance company will old us we would have to schedule to be re-done at a later date. BB&P not only reached out to the company that previously installed the protective trim, he arranged to have them come out to his shop to complete that work as well, before we picked up the car so we wouldn't be inconvenienced further. They even detailed the inside of my car and somehow amazingly got out all the dog hair. This was after 3 days of it just sitting there. I finally had to have it towed to another shop to be fixed and they were able fix it the SAME DAY with no issues. They told me they had no idea what BBP was talking about. No one ever called me to communicate that they werent able to fix it. They just let it sit there for days until I called. They also seem to over book themselves quite a bit. They dont have enough mechanics to fix the cars they currently have... but they still keep accepting new cars.. which ends up making people wait for longer periods of time. It just doesnt seem like a professionally ran business anymore.. they only seem to care about getting cars in and out and having money in their pocket. I've had several friends tell me about having to take their cars back several times due to their issues not being fixed the first time.

The guy that I spoke to when I called back to ask about getting my stuff out which is my cleaning supplies for my business but he wouldn't even allow me to tell him what I needed but instead treated me like a child and made me tell him I understood. They finally call back to tell me it will cost me 245 and I can get it at noon the next day or Monday and it would be the same cost. I told her to tell the rude man I spoke with a few choice words and all the sudden he chimes in because he had been listening on the phone the entire time. He calls me back because I hung up on him but I hung up on him again because he tells me I can't get my van until Monday because of how I talked to him. This is very unprofessional behavior and he has no business being in or working at any business. There are bad reviews after another on their Google profile stating the same thing about their rudeness and overcharging. I believe they have a deal with the troopers and it's just a big scam.
