They provide pictures and explain very well the issues with your car and suggest the appropriate corrective measures. My Jeep had a small issue and no other Jeep dealer (tried three others) was able to find the problem... but his dealer was able to find it and fix it :)!! Another additional service they provide is car export/import between EU and CH.
