The bacon jam burger is amazing - i get it without the burger sauce which allows me to fully taste the bacon jam and it is SO good. And fries? no, who needs fries when you can get "chips" - so the fries are cut into slices and the texture and taste is perfect. One of my favorite food trucks in Germany and certainly can keep up with a good American burger in my opinion.

The meat is perfectly marinated and anything with a fried egg is usually good in my book. Also, the amount of food is less with most food truck meals (burgers are an exception to this in a way) and the prices are almost always a bit higher than for example going to your office cantina or - gasp - bringing your own food. Yes it is tender but i suggest to toast the baguette so it does not get saggy, a hint of garlic would enhance it and I missed a bit if the smokey taste. I took onion and sweet relish, they also offer jalapeños (maybe that does the trick?). The team is quick and friendly so I award 3 stars.

There is a fine, juicy texture, full of flavor without being runny or messy. I ordered the wrap, without cheese (optional), with pommes (fries). They usually ask what you want on it, but it's served with a smile, tightly wrapped, with a napkin. Hooked!!
