But, the minute you pay your $100, they are your representative and you can simply tell your creditors to contact them. I don't think any bankruptcy attorney would be in business very long if they relied on bankrupt people to pay them back AFTER filing:) My case was a little more work than the usual case, but John was willing to go the extra mile and ALWAYS kept in touch with me. The reason we hired her was because she was a referral from Patty French who works in her office. Meg is unprofessional, unethical, and is a time waster. She was supposed to have a court date soon and keeps dragging her feet. Horrible lawyer. We hired her as she said it was fast and most people that mediate, want it done quickly as they have agreed on most things.
