It's no communication between the supervisors and employees, they don't know how to make a schedule, they hire a lot of people at the same time but doesn't give everyone an equal amount of hours to every one, they pay bi weekly and will give you only 2 days. Mind you , they only pay $13.50 an hour. You can do better, don't settle for a small unprofessional company who doesnt care about their employees.
