He says he has never experienced such service. In the time we were there, several employees interacted with him in addition to the one who he was working with. We set a date to pick up the altered clothes in about a week, but after lunch and a one hour ride home, we got a text that his clothes were ready. It is unique that the fitting is done by the seamstress who works on the clothes right there in the shop. It was a little bit easy to loose track of how much we were buying, but when we got the final total, we were pleased with what we had paid. If am fully prepared for my husband to make other purchases when we pick up his clothes! We highly recommend Davis Clothing and their knowledgeable staff.

When I went in to get fitted, Joe Neal was who I worked with. He made me feel comfortable and knew exactly what he was doing. He had me try on several different things and got all the measurements he needed. When I went back to pick up the tux and get it fitted, I had lost weight so the jacket was a little loose. He quickly moved the buttons to ensure that my tux looked its best on me. I can't explain how nice it was to have this great service at what can be a stressful time. I can now enjoy this wedding knowing I look and feel good in my tux. Thanks, Joe! You rock!

Go somewhere else. These guys almost ruined my wedding day…read more Two of my groomsmen used this location to get their suits for my wedding. The first groomsmen had an issue with the hem on his pants. He said it looked terrible and his wife agreed. I never saw it. I should have looked at it on my wedding day but I was obviously preoccupied with other things. However, this post mainly concerns the suit for the other groomsman. So, the groomsman ordered his suit from this location but about 2 weeks before my wedding he still hadn't received a phone call from them saying that it was in. Come to find out, they lost his order and never ordered it. Well during the time between him ordering it and then everyone realizing that it was never ordered, Men's Warehouse was showing that the suit was no longer available. Men's Warehouse then starts trying to talk my groomsman into ordering a different suit for my wedding. How is that going to work for a wedding? You can't have one groomsman that has a different suit than the rest of the wedding party. Instant cold sweat when he started telling me what was going on. Imagine telling your fiance, two weeks before your wedding, that one of the groomsmen didn't have a suit and if he did get one it was going to be completely different than everyone else's. We're now down to about 10 days before my wedding and I started trying to find a solution. Men's Warehouse doesn't have a legitimate customer service phone line. There's literally no one that can help you from Men's Warehouse unless you realize that Men's Warehouse and Jos. A Banks is owned by the same company and the customer service for Banks can look into Men's Warehouse's system. I talked to Bank's customer service and what we figured out was that the suit had been put on sale (the on sale price was cheaper than the "special pricing" that we have received for being in a wedding party by the way) and the company changed the part numbers for the suit. The customer service rep was able to give me the correct part numbers for the suit and the quantity in stock went from Zero, which was what Men's Warehouse was telling me, to over 900. I wrote down the correct part numbers for the suit and had to give them to Men's Warehouse. The people at Men's Warehouse told us that it was impossible to get the suit, it was out of stock, and we were going to have to order one groomsman a different suit. After days of stressing out about it and multiple phones calls I found the correct suit. Men's Warehouse was completely incapably of figuring out their own system. I had to figure out their issue and then hand them the solution in order for them to get the correct suit. This is just what I was experiencing on my end. From what the groomsmen told me their experience in the store was a disorganized headache as well.
