Danger danger, they're asking for a lawsuit. They have closed all the fitting rooms and made them one consolidated unisex fitting room. No one controlling it, no one watching who's going in or out. This place is very messy. It reminds me of Goodwill but very expensive. I do love to shop on their app but not in store anymore. Everything is cluttered and disorganized as they just build their endcaps or displays and forget about them. The store manager is great of he is still there. He helped me with a problem I had with one of his customer service desk people. He offered to pay for the difference that the incompetent employee did not do for me. He was very apologetic and he said he would take care of the problem. I love the fact that you cal also return your Amazon purchases there so I do that when I need to return and I also look around. Lots of clearance but to me it is still expensive or regular priced. A shirt for 13.78 is not clearance even tho it says it is marked down. Other then the store looking trashed I guess it is a great place to visit. read more

Customer Service. The self checkout helper was very rude when there were complications with our card. She kept rolling her eyes, slamming things around, and responding with sighs and kept huffing and puffing. This was at Kohl's on Saratoga at 12:25-12:30. Very unsatisfied with this form of costumer service, there clearly needs to be a change made. My grandmother did not deserve this. read more

I went in to get a couple of things and was a bit surprised and disappointed on the managers response to a situation. (Since I am fully aware that Kohl's jacks up their prices to make people think they're getting a good deal with that coupon they got in the mail... I ALWAYS check my prices before purchasing). The curtains I wanted to buy were normally $119 and their sale of 50% off at made them $59; subtract my 15% off coupon and it ended up being $51. I looked up the curtains I wanted to buy online and noticed that Bed Bath and Beyond had them for $29 (not on sale). So I asked at checkout if they would price match it. The manager told me "we can price match with a paper ad". I told him "their price for this item won't be in an ad because it's not on sale, it's regular price". He abruptly stated "then we can't match it". That's when I got irritated. I told him "wait, you won't honor a price match because your store raised the price 300% just to give a discount that's still 100% over your competitor?" And he walked away. If it wasn't for Ashley, a super sweet sales associate that helped me on the floor and ended up checking me out, this experience would have only gotten one star. read more

Walked in this evening to look around for some summer cloths and I witnessed one of the managers (I think his name was Dion) treat one of the employees very disrespectfully. Not only was it not right how he was talking to the girl, but it was in front of all the customers. So I like Kohl's. They got some pretty good deals. But like wth! They need to dust up in the women's restroom from time to time. The emergency lights were caked with dirt. The stalls had dust on the walls. Talk about yuck! Anyone sneeze in there and it will stick to the dust. It's a clothing store that sells you $40 underwear and $100 pants. Used to love this store...... But I doubt I'll be back. Two issues: The store is a mess. There are clothes on the floor throughout the store, racks are a mess and display tables a disaster. It's been steadily getting worse and is just Not worth the effort digging through the mess Also, a rude cashier that I dealt with again today....took a payment at customer service with her snippy nasty tone... All we wanted to do was a simple return for an Amazon item. I just wanted to share our experience with you today. I purchased an item on Amazon and had to return it. Amazon states I could return to a Kohl's near me, please keep in mind I've NEVER done this before. We arrive at Kohl's in Corpus Christi, Texas. We waited at the designated area to be serviced. A Kohl's representative was on the phone shortly motioned to us by hand (as if she was on a golden throne adorned with precious jewels) you 2 peasants, you amuse me, come hither. I hope you can picture this in your mind. We step up to the counter, not a single greeting or welcoming salutation from Jennifer. No words were initially spoken from her at all but shortly thereafter a hand gesture from her. She was slapping the counter with her hand, something from a National Geographic special on simians. Are you picturing this now? She appeared to be fed up with life and obviously didn't want to be here. I stated I need to return this item via Amazon returns. She looked at me, with no guidance or assistance she asked where my barcode was. Please keep in mind, my 1st time doing this. I tapped on my phone to find Amazon app with required barcode, she made some snide remark thinking this was my regular time for contemplation. I now have had enough. I stated to her "so much for quality customer service". I also stated I didn't understand her simian sign language (beating on the counter). She then stated I just asked for you to turn around, we are now beyond perplexed and confused. So for sake of argument and being disrespected, no quality customer service.... I literally turned around and shook my bottom at her. By this time Azul came to check out the provoked and unwarranted response. It was now a comical spectacle. I stated to Azul I would give her $20 if she could decipher what slapping my hand on the counter meant. She had no clue, welcome to my world!! To wrap this up, Jennifer said there is a 25% discount code to use here; my rebuttal "you are the reason I don't shop here". No wonder B&M stores are becoming a thing of the past. Look at Macy's, JC Penny's and Sears if you don't believe me. I simply wanted to return this item with no stress, headache, frustration or drama, instead Jennifer chose to make it all of the above. I can clearly see why 3 people care anymore in America: No Bod Ee. One would think: Hey, we need to be above the ordinary, let's provide extraordinary quality customer service like Chick Fil A!! Not at this Kohl's, rather let's treat them like unwanted peasants, who have disturbed us gods in our cloud kingdom and let us have no communication skills so they can guess our primitive simian hand gestures. Horrible watch associates My grandmother bought me a watch here for Christmas, it was a few chains to big. She told me she got it at Kohls so I took it there. I walked in asked politely if they could re-size my watch and she said rudely "Only if you bought it here" and looked back down doing something. I pulled it out and said yes it was bought it here but I don't have receipt, you could look it up by serial or my grandmothers name. She asked me for the receipt rudely again and I told her my grandmother lives in New York and it would be a few days and would have to mail it to me. She told me without a receipt I can't take out the chains, we are liable. I said I will sign/pay whatever just re-size my watch that was purchased at Kohls. She told me she couldn't do it, was VERY rude and was lazy and just didn't want to work. It's sad you buy a watch from a company and they won't even touch it without a receipt, even though they sell it and offer watch resizing. The lady told my grandmother in NY if it doesn't fit just take it in they will re-size it for free. Getting my receipt mailed to me, and returning my watch. Will never shop at Kohls again, sad it was a $600 Citizen Eco-Drive. Sorry Kohls your loss. read more
