This is my go-to store for Amazon returns. On occasion, I also purchase tennis shoes in-store, as they carry all the name brands, including but not limited to Nike, Adidas, and Under Armor. Prices are very reasonable, and the store usually offers discounts on just about every item you can find, with many clearance options. The store is ALWAYS fully stocked, as I have yet to see an empty half or cabinet. The store is always clean and well-maintained. The employees I have met during my visits have always been very friendly, outgoing, and helpful. Parking is readily available in the huge private parking lot. read more

I have shopped at this Kohl's on many occasions. Just didn't think to do a review until now. This Kohl's is located at the Glendora Marketplace. Tons of parking shared with other businesses. I love Kohl's! Kohl's cash is very very attractive. Free merchandise when you spend more money. I have saved so much money and gotten so much free stuff. Who doesn't love that! My go-to brand is Croft and Barrow. I've purchased other brands, too. Prices are always reasonable. Quality is always wonderful. Selections are always great. Merchandise lasts for a very long time... wash after wash. Store is clean, cool, and comfortable. Racks are organized. Customer service is always amazing and fast. Returns are very easy. I shopped at the Glendora Kohl's on May 24, 2026. The store was well-stocked, clean, and organized, making it easy to find everything I needed. I was also able to purchase online the items that were not available in the store, which was very convenient. Overall, my shopping experience was positive until I reached the checkout. The cashier, name April, provided poor customer service and seemed to be in a bad mood that day. While that interaction was disappointing, the rest of my experience was excellent, and I was satisfied with the store itself. read more

Very disappointing experience at Kohl's. One employee was literally standing there staring at herself in the mirror while another employee seemed to walk away as soon as she noticed we needed help. There were no other employees around to assist customers, which made the situation even more frustrating. The only positive part of our visit was the gentleman working the Amazon Returns counter. He was the only employee who greeted us, was friendly, and seemed willing to help. On top of that, the shelves throughout the store were disorganized and items appeared to be misplaced everywhere. The store felt poorly managed and understaffed. Management needs to do a better job of training employees, maintaining the store, and providing adequate customer service. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with my store self pickup order. Two of my items were missing, and the spot where they should have been had someone else's name on it. I asked one of the cashiers for help--she tried to find the items but couldn't, so she called another associate who couldn't find the items either. After waiting quite a while with no resolution, I finally asked to return the missing items since I never received them. The associate wasn't sure if she could process the return because I didn't physically have the items, which made no sense given the situation.! She then called the manager, (Tina) who took a long time to arrive. While the manager did process the return, I lost both my Kohl's Cash and the 30% off coupon I used for the order. What disappointed me most was the complete lack of empathy--no one apologized or acknowledged the inconvenience. The customer service at this store has really declined, and it seems like management has changed. This experience has definitely made me rethink shopping here in the future. read more

This store is a scam. I bought $200 worthy of merchandise last week and should had gotten rewarded $30 khols cash; however, the cashier never gave me the $30 khols cash reward. I went back and showed my receipt as well as my khols account but they still denied by reward. The cashier lady didnt even bother to look into the matter and rejected me right at the spot. Never again would I shop at khols again. I would not recommend anyone shopping at Khols. Good job on losing one your loyal and big spending cutomers. read more

I enjoy shopping a Kohl's, I always find something I like and I feel like I'm getting a deal. With the recent addition of Sephora x Kohl's, I had to pay this location a visit. The Sephora is like the ones in JCP's - a mini version of a full size Sephora, but has all the popular items you could want. Not sure how their sales would be with it being next door to Ulta Beauty. This location is pretty organized (with the exception of the messy dressing rooms & clearance racks), and staff is friendly. There seems to be less merchandise on the floor, but not sure if they are moving things around because of the Sephora. read more

At checkout I told the cashier that I had some coupons. And she completely didn't care just told me they wouldn't work on toys. Usually the cashiers are nice enough to at least scan just to double check. But this cashier didn't even ask me out of courtesy if she wanted me to scan and check. Tried Glendora Kohl's again today (a Friday, 12:30). I literally walked the entire store. Nobody on the floor to help. Stopped by the City of Industry location and found out all RayBan sunglasses were 20% off. Unfortunately the store didn't have the style I wanted. I ended up going to the Glendora location. Huge counter with only 1 person chit-chatting with a customer. Waited for about 10-15 minutes and still nothing. A manager came up to me and said she was calling for backup. 15 minutes later another associate came up and helped me. Glendora location didn't even have the 20% discount listed. I had to have the associate scan them to confirm the glasses had the discount. Bought a great pair for about $100 and I earned $20 bucks in Kohl's cash. Normally would not rate a department store a 5 but their service was amazing. I went to 3 different Kohl's and called 2 other locations before talking with the Glendora location. I called the toy department looking for a specific toy that other stores said they had but did not. The associate who helped me spent 10 minutes searching the floor, came back and said he would check their storage, spent another 10 minutes, and came back and said he finally found it! Never had someone hunt for an item for a customer like him! He said they could not hold items at customer service due to COVID but he would put it back where he found it and if I came in that day, he would go and get it for me. Everything went to plan. Was in and out quickly! Only drawback part about this store is their returns line moves a bit slow. They are cleaning the area after each visitor but the line does move slow regardless. read more

I enjoy shopping at this location. I will give them 5 stars simply because I love that there is now a Sephora inside this location now. I just love Sephora. The store is usually quite quiet, and I like that. Never really supper crowded the times I have been here. Everything for the most part is neat and in order no matter what department you are shopping in. They have the Amazon return area which is a plus too! I have found most cashiers and employees are always friendly and helpful, at least the ones I have come across. I will be back for more shopping soon, lol. This location is close to home and parking can sometimes be a bit of a pain but not bad. I recommend downloading the app for perks and coupons. read more

Anyways, the other day I decided to stop by & look for some pencil skirts since I was looking for some for work & didn't want to wait two weeks for shipping from other online stores. Yes.. majority of the store is unorganized in the clearance section.. but if you have the time to go browse, you may find some super good deals! I could not find any section solely for business skirts, so I started browsing the clearance section! I ended up with two skirts, one was originally 20, the other 40, and it came down to 10 & 12 dollars with the extra coupon I got from the app. I'm a happy camper! Parking is a huuuge lot! Hello I don't usually shop at Kohl's , so I thought I'd share my experience. It started off not to be a good one. I had a return from Amazon. If you didn't know Amazon has a place where they take returns. What I don't like is there is no where to park close to drop off a big package. Then I got inside and I went to Customer Service when a cashier told me to go down the hall to another area to do my return. It was a little difficult considering I carried the box all the way over there. Luckily someone did bring me a shopping cart so I could push it. When you're done with your return they give you a coupon to save 25%. So I thought I'm here why not look around and see what I can find. The 25% is limited to certain merchandise. I remember that they do carry Vans. I thought I'd go check them out. And lo and behold the ones I like were on sale. But I couldn't find my size. I asked A worker that was busy with something else. She stopped and took her time to help me find the shoes. There was one pair left and we found them on a mannequin . Together we got them off!! I was so happy to the shoes. She gave outstanding customer service. I am particularly not fond of the merchandise there but I will definitely go shopping again because of the great service I received. read more

This is the nicest Kohls I have ever been to. There were more employees available to assist customers than I have seen at other Kohls stores. We were shopping for shoes, and there were two Kohl's employees in the Shoe section helping customers- something I have never observed at another Kohls. And they were truly HELPING customers. This location also had a new style of cart for merchandise that I have never seen- typically, Kohls baskets on wheels that you pull. This storr had actual baskets that you push (Smaller plastic material version of large metal ones in other stores). Okay, so, I've never been to a Kohl's in my entire life, and this day was my first time EVER. Yes, that's 100% true. The only reason why I even visited is because I got great deal off Slick Deals (unrelated discount/bargain alert website): 2 boxes of K-cup coffee, each box having 18 cups, that's 36 cups total... FOR ONLY $10. It was an online sale that sold out quickly, but to avoid shipping fees, I chose to pick up in store, AND THAT'S WHY I AM HERE! :) That great transaction in itself was already worth a 5-star rating, but there were a couple more things that I wanted to praise, which definitely helped solidify the great impression. First of all, the store looked huge. The interior felt like a Macy's, or a Marshall's, or somewhere in between. It was bright, but everything felt neat, and the layout was easy enough at first glance. I found the online pick-up counter in no time. There was one employee working that section of the store at that time, so I stood in line and whipped out my phone to kill time. Upon seeing me though, within matter of minutes, another worker quickly addressed me and helped out grab my items from the back. The entire process finished while I was still in line, because she was able to check out the products remotely with a portable, in-hand scanner. I didn't even have to walk up to a register, really. I was there for no more than 3-4 minutes, and I was ready to go. Thank you, miss, for being so good at your job! :) As I was exiting, I saw something strange that I hadn't seen before in my life in the corner of my eyes. I had to double back and backtrack just to make sure I could take a good look... (Now it's a good time to see my photo for a visual aid.) The price display sign for their merchandise weren't printed on paper or cardboard--the display was digital! Think Amazon Kindle e-reader. It's e-ink! I support this green decision, so more brownie points for Kohl's. Honestly, I am not big on shopping, so I doubt I would go out of my way to make another trip here, unless the same reason applies. But good job on pleasing this customer so for his first and one and only trip! PS: Trip made on a Sunday night, at around 8pm, and the store wasn't busy. If you love getting followed around by employees this is the best location. Went to several departments and got followed by the same associate. Guy pretended to clean up the area around the whole store. Can't find help when you need it but you come in a little dirty after work and they follow you around like a criminal. Just made an Amazon return at this Kohls location. Employee didn't acknowledge me even though there was no customers in line. He gave me a dirty look then started throwing what he was working on onto the floor like he was annoyed I was in line. When he scanned my returns, he didn't say a word. Thankfully I already knew I needed my return barcodes so I just showed them to him, he scanned them and slapped the sticker on the products. I don't expect him to go above and beyond with the talking, but I've been in customer service my whole life & even if I'm having a bad day I don't take it out on every customer I have to help. read more

The worst Kohls managers. It's unfortunate they don't know how to read properly and just make things up to support what they're saying. The kohls cash you receive from Amazon returns clearly states it is in fact Kohls Cash, so how are you just going to say "it's not Kohls Cash". It also states in the fine print "can be redeemed for one transaction during the stated redeem window with any other coupon; any unused amount will be forfeited. Limit 6 per transaction." This means you can't use part of the Kohls Cash and save the rest for later, but you CAN use up to 6 for one transaction. Even after reading this to the managers, they just like to make things up by saying "that's not kohls cash" and "it's limit 1 per transaction" which directly contradicts what's written in the fine print. You can't just making things up because you don't like the rules. But clearly the managers here think they can do whatever they want. read more

I have no idea why there are reviews with less than 5 stars seriously I love this store. They have everything from baby clothes, to home decor, to gift cards, and toys for the kids. I absolutely love that they have kohl's cash. During Black Friday I got $90 kohl's cash and was able to get so many things with those $90. I like how exchanges or returns are fast and easy. I also like how they have a drop off for amazon items and you don't even need to package it. A little bonus. When you send something to amazon through them; they print out your receipt and it comes with a 25% off coupon for your next visit. I hope they're still doing that. Anyway, recommend this store. I never give bad yelp reviews. I've been working in customer service since I was 16. Heck I work at Starbucks lol. Now I get that it's the holidays and it's during covid but this is how the day went. I wanted to buy this specific wallet for my boyfriend for Christmas. The only gift I'm really buying this year because money is short. When I got to the counter I realized I forgot my card at home, so I asked them to hold my wallet at the counter, hoping when I come back I would just be in and out. After driving back I walked in and immediately saw the girl that helped me out. Gisselle, I realized her name because I noticed it when she was filling out the hold sheet. She was very sweet. But she had told me that the wallet was at customer service. I got mixed up and wasn't in the exact customer service line but was pretty close. The couple behind me was standing pressed up to my back, not to mention there was a kid coughing in front of me without his mask. I was hoping to just get out of here quick. Once I got to a register the man said they couldn't find my wallet anywhere. I said they had it in customer service and they were like "well they can't find it" and I'm like... so? It's there I WAS JUST HERE. No clear directions were given to me after this. So instead I ask the greeter at the front to help, I gave her the woman's name and she directed me to Gisselle (which I knew wouldn't really help since I already talked to her) and told me to wait till she was finished with a customer until I asked her my question. I waited patiently for 30 mins. I know not to be annoying and bug people trying their best. I wasn't even raising my voice or anything. All the workers kept looking at me wondering what I was standing there for but NO ONE helped me. The woman, Giselle was ringing up took an incredible amount of time, so much that I went back to customer service and just asked again because I knew it was there and the woman was like "excuse me? Do you need something " and I'm like "yes please I just know my wallet is here she told me it was" and she was like "yeah we couldn't find it so" and I was like "okay I'll go back over there sorry" Giselle was still helping out the same customer. And then she finally was able to turn towards me and I told her what was going on and that I've been waiting a long time, and I swear I started welling up because I was just getting so frustrated. She apologized to me, walked over to customer service grabbed the wallet, and rung me up and it took me literally 3 seconds to get out of there. I didn't want to turn into a Karen to get what I wanted, but seriously. I talked to 5 different people and got looks from more. All I needed was ONE person to go out of their way to help me. What could have taken 2 mins took me an hour. (I timed it) Really just an apology would be nice. I'd say everyone is doing their best right now but... I honestly can't. read more

Never thought I'd write a review for Kohls, but here I am. Long story short, I was shopping around in the Glendora store when my merchandise credit with over $100 slipped out of my pocket nowhere to be found. Other associates were kind but essentially told me there was nothing I could do to replace the card, without offering any other assistance. I went back to the store the next day to look around more and see if anyone returned the card to customer service. When I explained to Samantha at customer service what happened she made it her mission to help me find a solution. She went out of her way to call me on two separate occasions to give me updates and ask for more information to give to her manager to help my case. With her help I finally got through to a Kohls associate over the phone that was able to issue a replacement store credit, and when I called to update Samantha with the good news she was genuinely just as happy as I was that the issue was resolved. We need more people with kind hearts like Samantha in this world! I want Kohls to recognize this exceptional employee who truly understands what customer service is all about.
