Layers are supposed to blend in. The layers she gave me look like an upside down V from the back. I asked for side swept bangs but I got raggedy looking choppy clumps of hair in the front. Haircut was done haphazardly. I think in a client-oriented job, it's important to have the skill to know if someone wants to continue talking or not. She kept asking personal questions. You will still be tipped as long as you do a good job. Idk why I tipped her 30% tbh. If you don't know how to do something just say it. Now I have to grow my hair out for months. I regret going to this salon. I had stopped going to a hairdresser for this exact reason. I will not return at this salon. Ever. Learned my lesson. While it seems to be geared to the younger generation, their business casual selection is appropriate for most business settings for the younger generation (and older too, if you're hip to it). But, the best feature that they offer is outstanding customer service.
