I have shopped at Kohl's many many times and I am a frequent shopper with kohls cash. I go there to…read moreget my kids clothes games and even myself clothes but as of today I will NEVER be back! As soon as I walked through the door I was not greated well at all I had multiple employees give me the dirtiest looks and not even say hello to me. As I was walking around the store multiple employees were following me and I kept hearing them say I lost sight of her and I have eyes on her as if I was attempting to shoplift. As I was looking through the little girls dress clothes an employee with green hair approached me and asked me to leave the store at once (I hadn't even picked anything up and I had been in the store for approximately 5 minutes) I asked the employee why I need to leave the store and if something was wrong and then she accused me of shoplifting many little girls clothes like dresses and other such things. Once again I had not picked anything up and was in the store for 5 minutes. The employee said they caught me on camera putting such clothes into my purse. I asked her to see the footage and she declined then I asked to speak to her manager and she replied that the manager wasn't working that day. I work in retail and I know that there always has to be a manager working or some kind of boss. She then demanded I leave the store at once or she would call authorities. I then opened my purse to show her I had nothing except my own personal belonging in it. Also a reminder most of their clothes have tags on them to prevent shoplifting. The employee just ignored that there was nothing in my purse (which is not even big enough to put a full sized wallet in) and she demanded I leave once again. This employee is the rudest lady I have ever met! I am so disappointed in Kohls for hiring such a ferocious person. I was going to buy my girls some spring tops and cute little dresses that I thought they'd look adorable in but I never got the chance to because this woman kept demanding I leave and none of the other employees said anything to her or came over to question what all the commotion was about they were all just staring at me like I had done something wrong. I then asked the employee if I could at least buy the few things I had in my cart. She then screamed at me to get the hell out of the store. This was very unprofessional and very disrespectful. I am writing this review and I will be in touch with headquarters about this employee and demand she be fired for such atrocious action. I am thankful my children were not with me when all this went down. I will never visit any Kohls store ever again because of this one awful employee that kicked me out for doing nothing wrong. I have never experienced anything like this and I know a couple of workers there and will be in touch with them about this too. I am so disappointed in this woman and Kohls because that was one of my favorite stores to buy clothes and new shoes but I will never return!! I hope nobody else has to experience the wrath of that awful employee.

I showed up to Mens Warehouse looking to purchase a suit for my buddies wedding. I hadn't…read morepurchased one in ten years and had grown a bit since then (outward, not upward). I did check out JoS A Bank before coming here and was underwhelmed by the customer service. At Mens Warehouse I walked in and was instantly helped by one of their sales representatives. He took me through several suits and made sure I found a pair that fit. (They had a buy one get one special at the time.) They took me to try the suits on, get fitted and sending the suits to be hemmed in short order. The tailoring was going to take a week through normal time, but I had a wedding to be to in 3 days, meaning I needed the suit almost the next day to accomodate for travel. This is absolutely where they knocked it out of the park for me. The manager put a rush order on one of my suits and got it pushed through the next day. I was impressed with the service, and later showed up for another sale, getting once again great customer service and a pair of shoes to match my suits.

Myself and one of my stepson's was in the store looking for a new dress shirt and tie to go with his suit, for his older brother's ordination into the Catholic faith as a new priest. He also needed to get his suit altered so we knew we would be in the store for quite some time. Once we decided on the new dress shirt, tie and getting the alterations for his suit wrapped up, we needed to get him to try on the suit his younger brother has picked out for his wedding. As we were beginning the process, a manager, I assume, walked over and with a straight face made sure to let us know it was past eight o'clock and that they were closed, so we needed to leave and come back another time. The trying on of the suit to see if it needed to be altered would have taken fifteen to twenty minutes. The store could have closed the doors, not let anyone in, in order to take care of us. It did not happen, so now we have to go back another day and time to accomplish something, that we already knew, could have been taken care of while we were in the store. Extremely disappointed with the level of service this so-called manager exhibited and how disrespectful I thought he was. Please do better and try not to kick out patrons as long as they are still in the store, just so you can get home. There were plenty of people to take over for him so he could have left. Again, very disheartening to see how taking 15 or 20 minutes could have ruined his life. Do better Men's Wearhouse.
