Retail therapy... Honestly one of the must visit place as we don't have one at home and just knowing that I may find items that not found at home as well makes it fun. Kohl's is like a mini Macy's as it's filled with items for the whole family including kitchen and home goods as well. Walking in is nice to see the feature of the moment which is summertime and a bit of July 4th items is nice to get a head start if you're the type to celebrate and looking for some decor is nice to have it in one are so that you don't need to do the search. Lots of clothing galore though I didn't really find much this visit sadly there were other items that I was delighted to find and makes it all the therapy that I crave. I did have a question on the pricing as some are on sale but not clearly noted I easily found a staff that got the answer for me making it an easy decision to shop and explore in the nice and clean store which is why I will always be back. We regularly go to three Kohls locations, and this is the 3rd one in our regular rotation. Hubby wanted to use his $10.00 Kohls cash Birthday Promo. An extra 50% off red star clearance, ok, we're there! I found a pair of Asics which were marked $50, except the one of the shoes was missing. I asked a clerk for her help and she found it (THANK YOU!) in the Men's shoes clearance, go figure. It was the floor sample, but I like the Ortholite material. I also tried on two other pairs of shoes, Nikes, but I settled on this pair of Asics. (I looked at the care instructions, and this is spot-clean, can't put this in the machine.) Hubby also looked in Clearance and found a blue Champion hoodie which was marked $15.00, so he was happy. I only looked in two clearance sections, the underwear and Shoes. We usually do find something here at this location. Check the APP for promos. I like the APP but every once in a while, I get signed out, but it's not my doing. read more

I have lived right around the corner from this Kohls location for many years and today was my first time shopping there. It's actually pretty easy to miss since it is kind of tucked away in the back corner of the complex at Blue Diamond and Arville. (+) A lot of selection under one roof! I actually went to the Outlet Mall before this and didn't find about half of the things I had set out to pick up. I should have just come straight to Kohl's since they had everything I was looking for under one roof! Sweet! (+) Prices are very reasonable and there are definitely some good deals to be had here! I am very satisfied with the prices I paid today. (+) Friendly employees. I interacted with no less than 5 employees during this visit and ALL were fantastic! Very helpful and friendly! (+) Store felt clean, spacious, and open. I can't believe this place has flown under my radar all this time! I really like this location and there is a 100% chance I will shop here again. They don't honor their return/exchange policy at N Durango Las Vegas store. I bought Levis for $69.99 and needed to change the size. I didn't have my receipt. They offered $15 credit and buy new for $69.99. They said it was on clearance for $41. But they don't know how to buy it on clearance. I said Levis don't cost $125 but the 3 women couldn't figure that out. I shopped there for 22 years but not going back. Their website sells it for $69.99, not clearance $41. They are criminals. They are going out of business soon and stock price was $65 in 2020, $24 in 2024 and now $8. I told the 3 customer service women that. They should be looking for a new job. Their multiple stores don't have any customers. Avoid this company. Their coupons can't be used on anything other than their low quality store brands. read more

Fantastic! Great customer service! Went here twice this week and both times were smooth sailing. The first time was for my friend to buy some pants and shirts for his job, reasonably priced, fitting rooms, great big clean store but we didn't look around too much as we were there for one reason. Then we got a $20 coupon saying we could come back and get $20 off and so we went back to get me 2 shirts and I found a couple good ones that I liked, they had a wide variety available and decided to look around the store. Kitchenwares signs Towels Bath products Toys Baby stuff and so much more but what was most exciting? CANDLES! i worked here for little over 3 months and it's by far the worst job i had ever had the managers are rude and passive aggressive and the other employees treated me weirdly idk if it was because i was new or young and the employees who were nice to me i never worked with. I wasn't promised the hours i would be given when i was hired and only put me on the schedule twice or even once a week. Kohl's has long been my go to for a little something / or a gift for almost anyone. Ever since the Mervyns days my mom took me with her and I learned about shopping for deals and only shopping when I have a good coupon. Almost weekly they offer 15, 20 or 30% off but you also can get up to 40% if you have signed up for an online account. So never pay full price... Kohl's gives an annual birthday gift and an anniversary gift based on years of service. TIP: If you order something online from the kiosk in -store they do not charge shipping. I agree with over reviews that regular prices are not that good, that's why we only shop here when we have a 30 or 40% off coupon. Then it's worth it for any item you desire. Vegas Golden Knights t-shirts! That was my main goal. My coworkers wanted shirts that showed their support for Las Vegas' first hockey team. The success of the Vegas Golden Knights made history as the team played for the Stanley Cup in their first year as a team! Congratulations to the Western Division Champions! We're so proud of you! I believe that I went to every Kohl's store in Las Vegas because one of the gals at work wanted a long sleeved t-shirt. Yeah...it's cold in Hawaii when you work in an air conditioned, enclosed space! Kohl's, in general, has free parking, air conditioning, convenient restroom, and a clean, organized, well-lit environment. This location was no exception. I received polite and friendly service as usual. Whenever I get a chance, I shop at Kohl's for reasonable prices. When you purchase $50 or more, you get $10 in Kohl's Cash to use on a later visit. The Clearance racks have good deals! The return policy is great! Sometimes I wish Kohl's would come to Hawaii, but then that would make my shopping less fun! read more

Cashiers were phenomenal. Informative. Friendly. Super cool and effective communicators especially at checkout. Fast. Offered many complimentary things about kohl's and the discounts. Then...There's the Roaming Supervisors chasing me around the store while I shop in my Rayon dress shirt, blue jeans, glasses. Instead of offer assistance. Walk in front of me. The side of me and watch me while other shoppers are onlooking and thinking I am going to steal or have stolen something. That was embarrassing. Being there were kids running around me and people trying on clothes and ripping off tags in front of everyone and not in the dressing room. Sad to say. I was watching her watch Mr when it became obvious she wasn't keen to people of ethnic persuasion and has trust issues. This has been ongoing in a few locations the last 3 years. But this was one of the worst cases because she was a Latina supervisor! I'm ashamed but the cashier more than made up with his excellent service. 1 star to the management. 5 stars to the customer service. I've never been a real fan of Kohl's Department store. I've always found the merchandise at Kohl's to be of low quality and not much style. I visited the Kohl's on Blue Diamond today looking for a specific clothing article, which, unfortunately, Kohl's no longer had. What I noticed was that the store was relatively clean, and the staff was accommodating and friendly. They even went out of their way to inquire if I required help. I was impressed that the cashiers (two of them) cleaned their stations after each customer, and everyone was wearing masks and gloves that dealt directly with customers. The store seemed like it was reasonably well-stocked, and there were employees filling shelves as I searched for my particular clothing item. Alas, no one could find what I was looking for, so I guess I'll have to wait until next year because it's primarily a winter pullover that probably won't be re-stocked until next year. RECOMMENDED: I guess SERVICE: Good PRICE: $ COVID: Follows pandemic guidelines. PARKING: Convenient, Adequate. Well Lighted. I shop online out of necessity since I don't have the time or patience to look through racks of stuff. And since Kohl's offers store pick-up, this is one of the locations I visit. On my numerous trips here, I've noticed they aren't as organized as the one closer to me. I've seen empty areas, merchandise all over the floor and unfolded clothes just sitting on tables. This is exactly why I don't look around after I've visited customer service to retrieve my order. The employees I've encountered at customer service have been friendly. I never have to wait long in line. And I'm usually in and out of the store within 5 minutes. As long as there is a deal, I'll keep shopping. So for now, I'm sure there'll be trips again here in the future. read more

Too many employees and less than five customers always at this location. Dead, dead, dead, Kohl's will be the next department store closing. Yeah, believe-it-or-not, employees out-number the customers by a HUGE margin! On top of this, these floor employees pester the customers every 10 feet of movement. Being asked over and over if "you need anything?" is annoying, fake, and unnecessary when you just want to look around. The store manager, Katherine Zagajeski, does not have the necessary management skills to appropriately handle customer service issues. Her SERVICE RECOVERY skills are lacking and needs to be addressed. Katherine's high school education without any higher education definitely shows in her position. Corporate office "message taker", Shelly Meinzer, in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin has the same mentality as Katherine. Once again, high school education, nothing higher which shows. The catering gig should be reconsidered for Shelly. Shelly condones the actions of allowing twisted responses from management for customer complaints. I won't be back at Kohl's and will furthermore posts this and other correspondence/recordings on more social media platforms. I'm sort of torn about Kohl's. On one hand, you can get decent clothes for good prices but on the other, I feel a bit "ripped off" by their faux sale tactics. For instance, the store always has these crazy clearance racks with 50%-75% off original prices -- but be warned that pretty much NOTHING in Kohl's has EVER sold for the original price. They are always running a "sale" and the price tags are just inflated "fake" prices to trick you into thinking you're getting a better deal than you actually are. That being said, I do enjoy this store. It's large, spacious, clean and well organized. Kohl's carries specialty brands you can't find anywhere else like the cute new Jennifer Lopez and Lauren Conrad line. They also have lower quality store brands too. Don't expect the stuff you buy here to last you several years; I'd say their knit shirts last me one season, maybe two at the most. You can get good deals on good, basic quality merchandise. Top it with a coupon or special sale and save even more. Returns and exchanges are particularly easy here but be prepared for a long line at the customer service desk. Employees are, for the most part, friendly and willing to help. Worth a look if you've never been and a good place for buying wardrobe staples. read more

My friend absolutely loves Kohl's because of their selections and prices. Now, in my opinion, the prices are kind of steep, but for a department store, I guess that's around the normal. However, I know they sometimes offer amazing sales and a program to earn Kohl's cash. These really do make the pricing great. The store itself is clean and organized, smells nice, has good lighting, and short lines most of the time. Unfortunately, I'd say they have a little opportunity in customer service. This Kohl's is quite messy with their clearance racks. There was basically no semblance of sorting here with their sizes. I had a hard time browsing their clearance racks since there were basically no XS or S sizes, and if I found them, they were just randomly stuck in the L section for some reason. That wasn't fun. I also found a possibly cracked out lady sitting in a pile of underwear in the lingerie section. That was weird. But besides that weird incident and the messy clearance racks, the other non clearance racks were fine to browse. We found a lot of good deals in the jewelry department after Christmas. I got some nice Lauren Conrad jewelry for like $3 each. Kohl's also lets you use Kohl's cash along with the % off coupons. You'd be crazy if you ever bought something full price here. This location looks like it is about to close it's doors. The jewelry cabinets are virtually empty. One entire side has nothing in it. The free standing jewelry kiosks are empty. Also the fragrance/beauty supplies is extremely low. I went in to look at watches for my daughter and selection was very limited. Currently at kohl's on blue diamond and as I'm walking around with my daughter trying to shop, they keep sending associates around us to keep watch. I work in retail so I know what they are trying to do. They are trying to intimidate us into not stealing but the thing is, we're honest people and there's no reason for us to steal. This location is a joke. So when it comes to returning your Amazon item here, they give you a $5 kohl's cash for choosing them to do your return. So if you are doing a return for someone else and also your own return, they will not give you the other person's kohl's cash. It's not like I'm going to use the other persons kohl's cash since that person I helped did return for reminded me to get that for her. Basically you only get 1 $5 kohl's cash per customer per day. So now I will no longer help someone do their return. You just want people to waste gas instead of killing 2 birds with 1 stone as they say. So these employers have no flexibility. I used to be one of those people working hard for the company, but I got nothing out of it. Just keep working hard for them if you see a future, but it's all about politics and sucking up to management if you want to get promoted. You'll get no good surveys from me. Kohl's has some not bad prices and I found some shorts and shirts that were pretty good. Overall, not to bad...reminds me of a lower end Macy's. This location is good in regards to location because the parking area is huge. Plenty of parking. I do want to mention that one of the cashiers was too interested in up-selling the Kohl's credit card, that she mistakenly rung up one of my shirts twice. As a result, I had to go back to customer service for them to credit me. Good thing that I had lunch in the area and decided to look at my receipt again. Glad I did. I would have paid for a mystery shirt that I never received. Now, it's great to up-sell, I get it. But please be accurate at the same time. But honestly, it's an inconvenience, but just minor. Multiples times that I've shopped here I've had to drive back because the employees forget to remove the sensors on my merchandise. Gas is expensive & it's unfortunate I have to take time out of my busy day to deal with their mistake. Time is precious and I hate having to waste it.
