This store has so many items to choose from clothes to cookware to bedding to home decor and candles. The store is not cluttered and smells good. The employees are very nice, especially one employee who has been there a long time, who has dark long hair and very beautiful, who works in the back for a while in store returns along with Amazon returns. The last time she showed the always excellent hospitality as he was in front of the store helping with the Amazon returns. All of the employees will treat everyone with good hospitality. The prices are more than reasonable and the store has so much a variety of items to purchase, you may spend a long time in the store. read more

HORRIBLEEEEEE!!!! Was shopping on cyber Monday for deals. I came across good ones. So as I'm browsing at the top of the app, it tells you how many hours you have left to place your order. So around 12:55 a.m. I decided to place my order in the amount of 372. And as my order was processing the amount that I was paying had doubled almost by $300 more. So now my order goes from being $372 to $611 which means that it went through on my credit card twice. and everyone knows if a credit card company thinks that it's fraudulent on your card it won't let nothing continue. which I don't blame them because it was processing one time for 372 and then in 30 seconds to a minute later it was processing for $611. In the midst of all of this, I was taking screenshots from off my phone each time that the price on my order amount changed a total of three different times it went from $372 to $611 then $595. So I have screenshots of three different amounts of the order total changing. And being I couldn't call Kohl's customer service so I waited until this morning at 8:30 to call customer service to speak to someone about my issues that I was having with placing my order. The first agent that I was on the phone with did not understand anything that I was asking him and I was on the phone with him for 50 min I asked to speak to a supervisor he put me on hold and came back and said that it wasn't one available to talk to me then he said can he explain to me again and I said sure he kept on trying to explain that a pair of $20 pants for my daughter was the Change in the amount and like I told him that was not possible so I asked to speak to a supervisor again this time I got supervisor Joanne #2065. She said that she was unable to assist me at all, and that it was in the policy that she could not assist helping me fix the issue or trying to at least give me credit for the glitch that was in the system And I was on the phone a total time with her for over 20 min total time hour and 16 min trying to get a issue resolved so I called back and I spoke to another agent name was Dwayne #2CI3 and he tried to help, but it really wasn't no help. I asked for corporate number on both occasions. Both of them told me that they don't have that number. I asked how was I able to do a review? He told me to go on kohls.com. Service was great. The girl who checked us out was very nice and friendly loved Sephora and bought a lot of skin care for my granddaughter. I don't trust this store shady operation, the store charged my Kohls charge on Aug-6 -2024 for $43.98 , which I was not there or placed an order, also they have Capital one under Kohls charge, which worse than Kohls. I am still dealing with the issue as well late & finance charges for something I did not charge. 1 Star is too much for this type of store. Be careful if you shop at this store. I will be contacting the BBB to file a complain next week, on both Kohls and Capital one, by the way Capital one call center of shore and it is not easy to deal with them due to language barrier. read more

Overall, I love Kohl's. But as with other retailers in the area, they chose to open a smaller store in Sherman. Who knows why, as there are thousands of people who drive from Oklahoma to shop around these parts. The stock is limited and almost always picked over. If you see something in the sale guide, you can forget finding it at this location. And don't expect a friendly transaction at the register, either. I don't think I've ever had a polite cashier that wasn't in a hurry to finish checking me out or complete their shift. Take a cue from the DFW suburbs, Kohl's, and cater to the masses! read more

Picked out 6 vintage rock t-shirts today marked 2 for 18.00. other side of display marked buy 1 get 2nd for half price.All shirts on both sides marked 20 dollar retail.Made sure not to pick any from more expensive side of rack.Got to checkout and charge the higher price on five of the shirts....20+10+20+10+20 since there was no match for the fifth shirt. She said one of the shirts qualified for the 2 for 18 price, but since I had no matching shirt, it was 11 instead of 9. When I complained, they gave me 1 dollar off.Left a little mad, but the more I consider this, the angrier I get. These are bait and switch tactics. People paying with credit cards might not even notice. Probably will return the items just on the principle....really liked the shirts.How much do you enable horrible management? read more
