This store double charged my credit card then refused to credit back a charge. After talking to my bank and credit card company it was a major ordeal having to get proof from the bank/credit card company and the manager was not helpful in any way. I love coming here to buy presents for my girlfriend!! Whether it's her birthday or Christmas they always have what you need!! They have clothes, perfume, shoes everything!! The store is very clean. Everything is organized from small to extra large which is good. No matter what you need weather for boys and girls for babies this is the place to come and get it. The prices are always great and everybody is very willing to help you save money in the process. You could even make your credit card payment right there and then even after you slick your credit card saving you tons and tons of money in the long run. This is the only company that I know that does this will take find to be amazing. They are so great in every way possible their customer service is the best in the business. read more

The store is always clean and well organized. The employees tend to be helpful and friendly. They carry a very nice selection of clothes for all ages at reasonable prices. They also carry small appliances, housewares, home decorations, seasonal holiday decorations, some kids toys, and perfumes. What I love most are their clothing clearance items. There are always a lot of items on varying degrees of clearances and it's not just for items about to go out of season or freakishly ugly things you can't imagine anyone wanting to wear. There are price scanners located throughout the store to confirm prices or to see if the price has already dropped lower than marked. read more

I like this store quite a bit, though it does bear a strong resemblance to a modern day JC Penneys or a Belk. They have great clothes here and other things, bought 3 stuffed animals and a few hard bound books here for the kids that I know and love for the upcoming birthdays and holidays. Saw a "Regular Show" t-shirt and really wanted it, but not in my size. Dang it! They exclusively carry 007 cologne, which my wife is supposed to be getting me for Christmas. This store is big and clean and has lots of stuff for everyone in the family, so check it out! read more

Cant get my kohls cash to work online! Cant get customer service to answer...held over 25 minutes. Now the actual store in Shreveport will NOT answer the phone. THEY HATE PLUS SIZE PEOPLE their sizes only go up to a 2x on SOME items, and even if you manage to find anything above a large, it fits like a medium. I tried to exchange two pair of pants that I bought for my husband for Christmas without my receipt. The manager in the front said they no longer had the size I needed in the store and to go to customer service for a store credit. She also said after I get the credit, I could turn aound and use the kiosk right there in the store to order the pants in the right size, and they would be shipped to my home for free. Well, that is not at all what happened. The girl scanned the 40 dollar pants and said there was nothing she could do since I paid cash and no longer have the receipt, corporate was going to send me a check in 7 to 10 buisness days for $12.71. I said, I paid 80 dollars for those pants! She tried to expain that they were giving me the lowest price possible and I knew there had to be some misunderstanding. I said, so I can exchange these and order them on the kiosk still? She went to get her superviser Yolanda to help me understand. Yolanda said there was no way to tell how much I payed for the pants and I cut her off by saying can't you scan them? She made eyes at me and hand gesture that was very condescending and said rudely, Let me try to explain it to you so that you will understand! I then, try to take the pants and told her that I was keeping the pants and leaving, and she was playing tug of war with my pants! I have never been treated so badly by customer service in my life!
