I was strolling around the area while my husband was doing jiujitsu and found this new foot massage place! What I enjoyed about this place was how welcoming the place looked and also how clean its interior was. It didn't have the smell some of the darker, older foot massage places have. I also like how they have the prices upfront. 30 min $25, 45 min $35, and 60 min $45. You can select between foot massage, back massage or combo. You stay clothed but they are still able to get your knots. You also select the pressure you want on the sign in sheet. It's a newer concept I haven't seen at other foot massages, but I like it! I often feel like some foot massage places don't apply enough pressure for my body type. I know most of their clients enjoy it, but by being about to let them know I wanted a deeper massage when I walked in- it allowed me to just enjoy my massage. I would definitely come back again. Went in with lots of soreness in my shoulders and thighs. Upon arrival as a walk in with no appointment, I was immediately greeted by a man who asked what I wanted. I told him combo and pointed to the sign for clarification. No issues to that point. I was ushered into a room where the massage began. Very very hard. Lots of pressure with what I assume was her elbow. Left with more soreness than i walked in with. Lots of oil which never got cleaned off properly. I personally take great pride in my vehicles cleanliness and now theres oil coatings on both my steering wheel and center console. The icing on the cake was when I tipped $5 which may have been a bit low but not insulting, both the receptionist and the massage lady stopped me and began to move around me closer to the door while she said "tip too low" I have never in my life seen or heard of anyone being told the tip they are leaving is not enough while beginning to block the exit. I did give more tip to not start a fuss but its is beyond me why they thought it was ok to ask for more tip while making me feel as though I could not leave without giving a larger tip. Went here for massages with my boyfriend because the reviews were so good and it was close by. I'm not sure if the people we got were new or if none of the reviews were from customers who had them, but I've had a lot of massages in the past from a lot of different places and this is the worst I've ever had. I chose pressure level 4-5, and I'm not sure if the lady I got knew what that meant. It wasn't that it wasn't hard enough, it was just really strange, fast movements like she was in a rush. It really didn't feel like there was any thought or care behind the massage. When she was doing my shoulders while I was on my stomach she even kept knocking my head and pulling on my hair by accident. She also didn't even wipe all the oil off of me at the end, so I left oily and somehow more tense than when I got there. Not relaxing at all and will not be returning. Super confused. read more

The date of this experience was 5/11/2022 Horrible service! My mom and I came here from a recommendation from the Anaheim hills buzz feed page on Facebook and was very excited to get a hour foot message. We got there at 3:15 as a walk in as it's posted on the flyer and in front of the store theirs no appointments allowed to be made. When coming their wasn't any available people to do my mother and I at the same time so the lady at the front desk asked if we could come at 4:30 since they had someone who MADE AN APPOINTMENT at 3:30 and would be done by 4:30. So we were disappointed but agreed to drive back at 4:30pm. We come back at 4:20 ready to get prepared for our foot message to find the lady telling us her APPOINTMENT ladies were late and she couldn't fit us in till 5:00pm. We were shocked because not only did we drive their the first time but then promised we would have a spot at 4:30 to be told to wait another 30 min or more. We eventually walked out because this was such a disservice to us as a customer. Would not recommend this place unless you have the time and gas money to come back and forth! read more

It was my first time here & Kevin was my masseuse... amazing!! I got the 1 hour combo for $45 and was probably the best "cheaper" massages that I've gotten. You keep your clothes on and it's a row of beds to lay on. It was a little loud outside since it's next to a restaurant but not a big deal bc I almost fell asleep. Kevin applied a good amount of pressure and was able to get rid of some knots and helped loosen my back. I would definitely come here again. I'm a traveling home hospice nurse and I was wound up tighter than Ariana Grande's pony tail. It's been about 4 years since i have had a massage this good. Tom has the strong hands of an angel. If you need your tight knots in your shoulders or neck or back tenderized, then go see Tom. They allow walk ins, but i still called ahead to make sure. All the staff was very nice. You fill out a quick form at the beginning and you can tell them what kind of pressure you like on a scale of 1 (least) to 5 (most). The building feels very clean and spacious. There was only one other customer when I was there. Employees are all masked and polite. They make sure you're comfortable. They offer a discount if you pay in cash. They also have a TV screen with the waitlist info if you come at a busy time and need to wait for the massage therapist. Just a few weeks into the school year, and my feet and back were begging for a massage. I saw that Koi had good reviews on Yelp, and decided to give it a try. The place is in a little old plaza, but inside is nice and clean. For the massage you keep your clothes on, which I liked because I wasn't covered in oil after. The back massage was sublime, my masseuse got all the kinks out, and the foot massage was amazing too. I never wanted it to end! $45.00 for an hour was a great deal. This was our first time at Koi & unfortunately we will not go back:/ although I requested a "level four" foot massage, I think it was closer to a "level two". That in itself wasn't a dealbreaker but when I went up to the front desk to pay for the massage ($30 for 45 minutes) and pulled out cash for a 20% tip, I was told by the owner/manager that 20% wasn't enough and that I needed to tip $8 (27% tip). The massage was mediocre and the massage therapist coughed nonstop throughout the 45 minutes so, I think a 20% tip was more than generous. Despite the coughing and mediocre pressure, we would have gone back in the future and just requested another massage therapist, but being told at the end by the manager/owner that we HAD to tip 27% was the final straw. We will stick with Sonnys in Tustin, where we've always had a great experience. read more
