Bright interior made for less of a romantic ambiance, but we chalked that up to the wine tasting aspect (bright lights mean you can see the wine color better). Food was good, especially the appetizers. Sadly I found a small piece of steel wool in my duck bigoli. Not a big deal; glad they clean their dishes! The waiter was understandably taken aback and immediately notified the chef. We were comp'd two glasses of dessert wine. Overall not a bad experience. We shared several items including the eggplant/goat cheese antipasti, pasta with lamb, and the veal. Everything was incredible! We shared an assortment of desserts, and that was probably the only thing that wasn't great. While everything on the regular menu was FANTASTIC, desserts are not their forte. Also, while they don't have an extensive wine list, their selection is very good!
