Absolutely horrible customer service. Came in one day and was told I could drop off metered packages on Saturday until 1:45 pm. I rushed to get packages packed and got there right at 1:43 only for her to tell me she closes at 1:45 and she wouldn't scan my boxes or let me drop off. I told her it wasn't 1:45 yet and she said well I closed early today. There is no sign on the door that says they stopped early today. Mind you she was still scanning packages as I walked up. Funny how it feels as though the rules only changed for me. Kindness goes a long way, but also honoring original hours to the last minute makes sense too. I'll never recommend doing any business here. read more

This place is an complete joke, walked in and had to wait several minutes for the associate to finish her personal conversation before I could be serviced even though she looked right at me when I walked in. When I finally got acknowledged she told me that she couldn't provide me a receipt for my prepaid label and that I had the weight wrong on the package without weighing it herself. She told me that it should be "common sense" to have it done right . I sent an important birthday package from here on May 15 to be delivered in PA by May 26. As of June 28, my friend has not received it!! I tried to track the package, and was told by a REAL Post Office that the USPS no longer even uses "that type tracking number." If you are going advertise that you are a Post Office, and have a sign that you are a Post Office, then you should OPERATE like one. read more

I don't plan on returning to this location, and would rather go to the Jordan St. location. On December 18, 2019, I returned a package from this location using Priority Mail. The young female clerk gave me two different prices, and even the wrong amount of time that it would take to arrive at the destination, and had to be corrected by another clerk. I was told that my package never arrived at the intended warehouse. Unfortunately, with all the business of Christmas, I lost my receipt with the tracking number, and since this place only takes cash, I have no record of sending the package by priority mail. Therefore, I can't get a refund from returning my package, and I'm out of the money I paid for priority mail. read more

How is this place a service to the area? It's not really a post office. You walk in and you're hit in the face with rules and regulations all over the place with signs. They don't take credit cards or debit cards - cash/check only. No work area so you can package anything and ship it. It's just one big room. They even have signs telling you not to bring in any trash, food or drink. Huh? Signs are posted that they don't have a bathroom facility, not that this matters, but wow. Horrible place. I left and went down the road to the Post Office off of Lillian Hwy. At least you get a smile, have a chat and a laugh and experience the "real" thing. I just don't get why this place is even there. All they do is provide a box for someone to rent and drop off for mail that's already stamped and ready to go. They provide nothing. I'd say a year ago is was "ok" but now it's "no way." read more

I live within walking distance of this post office so I use it frequently. The service it provides is outstanding. The postal service set rules they must use so if you ask for tape, boxes etc. that is something they cannot supply. They have often shown me a cheaper way to send my mail or package. They work very efficiently to keep from having lines form. It is a pleasure to visit my neighborhood post office. read more

Not good! People are unfriendly and they seem annoyed to have to stop whatever they are doing to help! even though this place is less than a minute from my home, I avoid this place at all costs! They hate when I bring in a package already labeled from eBay they always tell me that my postage is wrong or that there's something wrong with my package! I can take the same package to the regular post office and they take it no problem! read more

Be aware, this IS NOT an official US Post Office. It's a mom and pop contract facility and as such they are not required to operate as a standard PO. Some supplies and services might not be available. They no not accept plastic for example. Cash only. Still it basically gets the job done and it beats driving to Jordan St. or Myrtle Grove. read more

I only use this place to drop a letter already stamped. The lady behind the counter is very rude and never smiles or says a word. She hates it when someone comes in the door that is so obvious. She really needs to find a job that she enjoys but on the other hand, no one would hire her with her crappy demeanor. They have way too many signs on the door, looks so trashy. They are too cheap to accept credit cards. I wish they would just go out of business. I have had enough and will never go there again. read more
