My daughter said I looked like a skunk w/the hard line gray to previously dyed brown hair. It looked horrible to the point it was embarrassing and I didn't know what to do. My friend reached out to Erin & I scheduled an appointment- I saw her today. She was so meticulous working on my hair. Her expertise went above and beyond! I took my bridals right after the ceremony, and it looks horrible in photos. I'm so upset and embarrassed I paid for it. I had to ask her to fix my bridesmaids hair bc it was something anyone of us could've done ourselves. There was no teasing or volume, just plain Jane half up half down. Also a few of the girls went and teased their own and had to re do the updo's when the hair dresser left which left me upset. She has short red hair if that helps anyone.

Last time I tried this place, a 'large' long black haired, medium aged woman called me to her hair…read morecut station and set me down...Within a few minutes she had the comb and scissor's flying like she had a forced time limit to be completed and thru with me...In that short time she repeatedly hit the top of my ears with her comb....In a polite quiet tone I told her that my ears had skin cancer surgery from the effects of many years in the sun and were very sensitive, and would she please slow down and be careful around my ears with her comb....She then told me in a tone loud enough for the whole salon to hear that if I wanted my hair cut that she had to use her comb....I said ok just keep it in my hair and not on top of my ears....needless to say, not much talk there after, with plenty of 'attitude' just dripping from her.....Pro Cuts need to realise and train their employees that mens ears get very sensitive as opposed to women that usually have plenty of hair covering their's.....either way, Rudeness in an employee should never be condoned, no matter how hard it is to find people to work.....just sayin'........

Driving to Dallas or Fort Worth is a pain and it's so hard to find a great stylist- especially in a smaller town. I can't wait to come back and get a facial as well as some other treatments.
