I walked through the house with the crew AND we taped areas that needed addressed and they still weren't corrected. When they took the entry door off of the hinges (which never should have happened) they damaged the door putting it back on. There were sections of the wall that they missed all together. His price was higher than others yet much of the work has to be redone. Overall poor workmanship and worse customer service.

The new pre-built building had passed all inspections and building regulations required and moved onto the property. Demolishing part of the structure was never warranted for adding attic space. During the installation of the shiplap the electrical wires were damaged by puncturing the wires. I had an electrician come and test the wiring to isolate where the problem was occurring. Joey was rude when the wire damage was mentioned. He took no accountability for the problem, but instead became defensive and indicated no efforts to fix or resolve the issue. His attitude, tone, and texts were rude. He declared it was not his problem and even suggested the building was wired incorrectly. The wiring of the building had passed inspection prior to the building being delivered, as well as the building was inspected by the City of Greenville certified electrician when the 200amp panel box was installed and certified for the electrical permit approved and issued in March 2024. There had been no electrical problems since that date until the shiplap was installed. I will never deal with him again. He is unprofessional, rude, and has an attitude when issues arise. He rebuffs and denies any responsibility when things go wrong. As long as your project goes perfectly, then good for you; but if it does not, then do not expect any accountability from this contractor. My $10K+ lesson learned!!!
