They change their contracts with you without proper notification other than buried in the footer of your pdf bill which does not appear for you to view unless you go digging on your profile. This included lower data limited while still within your two year, increase charges, making free addons that were included in your contract to suddenly charging you, and basically holding it hostage because you have to pay out your tab to get out of it.
