Between the incomplete orders and the absent-minded Tetris stacking of orders to be shipped that gets damaged, I'm not sure what kind of Marx brothers Three stooges shit they got going on over there. But considering this has happened more than once and has happened to more than one contractor I know of..... I would seriously consider them firing everybody and revamping the company and hiring people with some credibility experienced hell even a desire to do your job. The bad thing is I haven't even personally met anybody at this distribution center and just from having to deal with the dist. Center ...I already do not like them. He proceeded to get an attitude with my husband because I wasn't present for the estimate. He then called "dispatch" to report back that we both we not present, etc. Also, you can't pick out your own tile, you have to choose from their selection. Probably so they can up-charge you to $20 for a 5x3 shower.

I not sure where the misunderstanding began but he charged me $1000 more than expected and left the job site in disrepair. When I talked to him about the bill he made a justification, of materials costing more and that the original estimate didn't include labor. The work was not done to my satisfaction. He said he would be be back out to fix it. I made the mistake of paying him in full and then he said he was not " coming back for free". I had to pay another plumber 450 more to complete the job properly.

His pricing, according to him, was mostly based on the time it would take to get to the job site, the gasoline burned and the wear and tear on his vehicle, having to stop along the way to purchase the necessary materials to do the job, and him deciding that I was an hour away based on my zip code. Actually, I live in Sherman not Tom Bean, about 15 minutes away, based on the location that was given for his business. And, I already had the necessary materials. If only he had actually made some inquiries about the job and my specific location before quoting me such an absurd amount. The one star was given sole on the impression I have of the text message he sent me.

He really took his time with the tile work and trim on the back splash, and it looks great. He installed the sinks and fixtures and did some extra plumbing work for us that we needed updated.
