In December of…read more2021 I received a letter from NE Department of Revenue that they received our payment but never received our return. Fast forward to April of 2024 I receive a notice from the IRS that they never received our 2020 return. I immediately contacted Welch's and requested our return be filed. I have contacted them 7 times and spoke with numerous people, gave my email, confirmed the mailing address, and my return still hasn't been received. I called today and the phone just rings and rings. Extremely disappointing customer service - I would not recommend them.
