After reminding Adam that the process server is acting as his agent, I suggested he comport himself better or send me my case file. Adam did neither: (1.) He refused to send me my case file (seemingly, violating Rule 1.16(e) of his professional conduct rules). (2.) He threatened to stop process service on counter-party.

Repeated attempts to resolve basic matters were met with thinly veiled annoyance. There was no concern for outcomes, no sense that they cared how their actions--or inaction--affected real people.
