After caring for my bedridden husband for a year and a half, and…read morelifting him several times a day, I needed physical therapy for my back, my shoulder, my neck was locked to one side, then I tore my meniscus in two places and split the cartlidge behind the same knee. From overcompensating for injured knee, I messed up my other hip. With each injury Barb Bauman immediately got me in and helped me with the injury, and MANY times I limped in to PT and and walked very quickly out with no pain or limp. I have been to MANY physical therapists for my husband over the years, as well as myself, but Barb Bauman is the only one who actually helped me with my injuries with very few follow-up visits and the only one I felt I could trust to help me recuperate quickly without unnecessary visits. I had a total knee done and needed 15 sessions. You will get a full 'plan of care' with your starting flexation (I made that word up!) He measures strengths, angle of bend etc, so you have a baseline to compare. As you get stronger and more flexible - he will add more exercises to get you going to where you need to be. This office is not as large or as busy as the one on Tates Creek, which is why I came here. And as an added bonus, Lee has a great sense of humor!! Cheers!
