There were a number of communication errors made when dealing in english however the information was corrected when I spoke in french. I went through CPAS for my PADI Open Water certification. The teachers assigned through this group we're great and fluently bilingual. I dealt with the shop for gear rental and 1-2 small purchases, while a number of the staff needed to be spoken to in french for the information to be correct, they were all helpful and polite. Gear rental for was easy and of great quality. Their cottage at Sacacomie is also perfect with clean dorms, equipment drying space in the basement, cottage feel with shared kitchen/dining/living space and clean washrooms/showers. Would be a great place to rent for a family gathering during their off season!

They pretty much said that I was lying so I sent them a picture from my front door so they could see that any deliveries were recorded. They continued to tell me it was delivered to the right address. But they would not give me the name of the courier so I could check myself. Hmmmm, Kind of fishy. But the decor pieces and the clothes had the same flaw. It's the same thing over and over again. It feels like the owner doesn't have a back room and is forced to display everything he got.
