Ryan (Dr. Hartle) is now the exception. Going to his practice was a relief! Every person there treated me respectfully. Really, it was more than I expected. I first came to Dr. Hartle after having a painful procedure from another dentist, who then advised me to get a crown from him. I was referred to Dr. Hartle through a friend, and Dr. Hartle not only informed me the crown was unnecessary at this point, but also took care of a filling quickly and painlessly. Dr. Hartle is just is incredibly friendly, more so than any dentist I have had. His assistant Barb was sweet enough I might have mistaken her for my mom; I'd send anyone I knew to him!

I think there is something sinister about having metal tools in my mouth. And even today, I hate the words open wide. So, for many years, I have visited many different dentist offices. And rarely have I made a second appearance of any of them. But 3 years ago, after something broke in my mouth, I turned to the yellow pages and found Dr. Rosenzweig. His staff was kind enough to get me in same day and I was very happy to have found him. The front office staff and his hygienists are great, very kind. And Dr. Brian (for short, since I can't really pronounce his name) takes the time to explain things to me and even answers my silliest of questions with patience. And I am very happy with the work he has done. I won't say that I am no longer afraid of the dentist, but I am a lot more comfortable with each visit.

This was my first-time visiting Mong Dental. I changed insurance companies, and my previous Dentist…read moredid not honor my new insurance. The main reason for my visit is I had the misfortune of one of my crowns coming unglued and was broken in three pieces. That was an expensive steak I ended up with! I called to make an appointment and the receptionist told me they were backed up for like 6 months! I didn't realize there are only two dentists' offices still practicing in Greenville so they are very busy now. I asked if she could please speak to the dentist and see if there was anything she could do and the receptionist called me back and said she would get me in later that same week. I went in for the appointment and Dr. Jamie was wonderful. Great personality and really cared about my situation. They used this new to me tool that took a three-D image of my missing crown and the new one came in 3 weeks. I went in and had the new crown installed by Dr. Jamie again she was wonderful and with some minor adjustments had the new crown fitting like a glove. They also worked with my insurance that really didn't cover my crown and saved me a lot of money. This was the best experience I have ever had with a new dentist, and they have me as a lifelong client now. Thank You Dr. Jamie and Mong Family Dental!
