With a subtle sweetness to them and a light cinnamon coating (and, as some of the Yelp reviews here suggest, a dash of cardamom), the cinnamon bun was even better than the ones I've had in Sweden. I found the cinnamon buns very reasonably priced at £2.50 each. (That means you can treat yourself to a well-deserved cup of coffee or take some more to take home!) Though the hipster Shoreditch reclaimed garage interior might have suggested otherwise, the employees were extremely friendly and not aloof at all. (And that being said, the design aesthetic is admittedly pretty cool and very appropriate for a bakery on an unsuspecting street down from Hoxton Station.) Be sure to stop by on a Sunday after perusing the flowers at Columbia Road Flower Market!
