This is a really cute little store that carries candles, wax, and cute decor for your house. It's a very small store, so please, if you have small children, hold tight to them. I could barely walk around with my purse around me. The man at the counter was really nice. He let us know what candle he had lit. One lady that came in told us that their wax melts are the best and that their candles last 100 hrs. I bought their Fall Festival candle. Can't wait to light it when I get home. I would recommend coming here! read more

My friend and myself stumbled upon this wonderful shop while we were in the Arts and crafts community. The Guys who own this business are wonderful, they go out of their way to help you. They even offered to help carrying my purchases to my car for me, as well as thanked me multiple times for Shopping in their business.The candles that they carry are the best I have ever used, and they know their products, and are very honest and also gave us some very good recommendations. I would not put any credit into the one negative review this establishment got. Our experience this past week was FABULOUS!!! The owner was so beyond friendly. Prices were amazing. He has these gorgeous glass bowls and plates that one would expect to pay $40+ for and the price was so low, it was shocking! If I had room in my home, I would have bought every singe one he had. I purchased a beautiful brown bowl and it looks stunning on my dining room table. I also bought a jar of cherry jam that is already half gone. DELICIOUS! I actually conversed with the owner for quite some time over many different topics. I told him how great his prices were and he told me some people come in and try to barter with him which was ridiculous anyway but even more ridiculous when I saw how reasonable his prices were. Maybe the person who left the negative review was one of the people that attempted to barter at this establishment. This adorable little gift shop has a huge selection of unique items and ALL are so reasonably priced. I recommend this place for a lot of reasons. One of which is the "friendly" service we received! Very unfriendly service. Not much of a welcome visiting Gatlinburg. There is this nice little restaurant right next door called the Timber log Cabin definitely recommend. One of the employees/owner of Kountry Antics made a very rude comment as soon as we parked that guaranteed us not visiting the shop after breakfast. Needs to learn some southern hospitality. read more
