The task fell to me at the last minute and I called somewhere local to where the tree was to be delivered and installed. Unable to help me, I reached out to Snow's. Amber was incredible. She walked me through the entire princess and she made my last minute need a priority without making me feel small. She exceeded my expectations by emailing me a very professional letter/certificate that I was able to print off and present as my gift. It was so thoughtfully put together with instructions on how to reach Snow's when they were ready for the tree, a genuine message of sympathy, and a picture of the actual tree that is living in the ground at Snow's and waiting to be installed at my aunt and uncle's in memory of my beloved cousin, gone too soon. In the future, I will absolutely look to Snow's for similar, or other landscaping, needs. I cannot recommend them enough!

I called to talk to management the next morning about our negative experience. The gentleman they put me through to was the very gentleman I was calling to complain about. Come to find out he was the owner filling in for others that were on vacation. I wish someone else had been available for selling my 21 yr old son his first lawn equipment purchase.

Other than that the business people there are horrible. I run a business too and I'm willing to understand and bend a little bit but they are not. Im a mngr at a Business and our riding mower Would not start so I bought a battery and it still wouldn't start I assumed then it was the starter so I went there and purchased it he did tell me that I couldn't bring electronic parts back but When we opened the hood on the mower the guy said the starter still looked good. So I never even opened the package you could tell I never opened it. I called them and explained the situation and asked them if I could return it but they wouldn't even give Me a break they were absolute, Which puts me in a really bad spot telling my boss that I spent all this money $228 for a stupid starter for a lawn mower and then we didn't need it. I mean there's times that you can bend the rules a little bit especially when it's not gonna hurt you at all you're not losing out on nothing so I don't understand. I collect rent from people and I'm supposed to have it on the day it's due but there's many many times that I don't because I'm very understanding And I have a lot to lose if they don't pay. So just goes to show what kind of people those people are and they were not friendly that guy at the parched desk was a butthead when I went in there to start with And he had way too much Cologne on because it gave me a headache by the time I got out of there he needs to cut back on that Just thought I'd throw that in there if you're a person that gets Headaches from strong smells like that beware. I will never purchase another thing from there and I will definitely not recommend them to anybody. And the guy sit there and told me that we didn't get our mower started by turning the mower on top the engine, Which I was sitting right there when the guy did it and it started so I don't know where he got off telling me that but I definitely wouldn't not go there if I was anybody. And when we purchase a new mower I will tell my boss do not go there that we need to go to another place because the place in town that closed down where he got the last one, Which after this I'm sure he will agree
