I believe parts of it have been renovated recently and upgraded. There's a lovely larger bakery, a book shop, an ATM and a small Turkish fast food joint where you can grab a bite to eat. There's also an information desk out front. There's two entrances to the train station. One entrance takes you directly to the shopping area of Solingen. So you have a pharmacy, flower shop, supermarket and small clothing stores nearby. A train leaves for cologne about every 25-30 minutes so that's perfect for me.

They opened a Ticket booth, but probably just for a month LOL Same pseudo hard kiddies in here, as it's too cold outside to be loitering. And the worse part is that the elevators get vandalized a lot, the buttons are often broken, or completely torn out. There's a lot of trash all over the place too. They should finally get it, throwing garbage on the floor and braking some elevator buttons doesn't give you any street cred, and braking glass bottles don't make you tough either. This ain't the hood, and you no gansta.
