The first time I ordered from this company the order took a while to ship. When I called and messaged to check up on it she told me her sister was hospitalized and died. Very sad situation but I got my product none the less. Now after I ordered a few weeks ago I was charged and nothing has shipped AND not one single call, text or Facebook message has been answered. Ive called probably 100 times at different times of the day to try and reach this place. The voice mail box is full and every mode of contact is being ignored. I want my refund. I do not recommend this company and I doubt there was ever a hospitalized sister the first time my order was late. do not order from this place. Reviews say she's great IN PERSON. that may be true but she does not fulfill online orders. I will post this review everywhere until I get my product or my refund. read more

Purchased on the 6th. Never received any confirmation of shipping. Never responded to an email. No one picks up when you call. Text messaged her on the 14th. She responded with "Sorry on vacation. Send it out Monday UPS." Monday came and went - of course no tracking info. Text her again on the 18th in the morning asking for tracking. No response. Gave her one more chance that evening with another text message and no big surprise - no response. I've run 2 successful businesses for over 17 years and could never imagine ignoring customers who are inquiring about where their merchandise is. Ended up filing a claim with my bank against her. Save yourself time and DON'T buy from her. Also, if you did buy from her using Sezzle- just file a claim with your bank for merchandise not received (Sezzle is just as bad at returning calls!). read more

I purchased Heat Transfer Vinyl, Adhesive Vinyl (651), and a Mystery Box. The selection of colors of HTV and 651 were awesome! The Mystery Box was great, it had both HTV and 651, some sheets were 12x12, others were 12x6, it was a great value for what I paid. Kraftyville also has a points system 3 points for every $1 I spend. I received my order within days of placing my order, shipping was fast! I would definitely order from Kraftyville again! read more

The owner, Lee Anne, is super duper friendly and very helpful! She has a great variety of products. If she doesn't have it, she will definitely get it for you. I am a crafting newbie, but Lee Anne makes me feel like an expert. I have learned sooo much from her in such a short time. Kraftyville has great sales all the time and caters to its customers!
