When we requested a refund after going three weeks without service, our calls were ignored, and no effort was made to correct the problem that week. We were charged the full amount despite not receiving the services we paid for. To make matters worse, we never received an apology, an email, or even a returned phone call regarding the missed service. We gave this company several opportunities to make things right, but the lack of communication, accountability, and reliability has been very disappointing. They keep saying 'we'll get that right out to you" and "we're so sorry, we'll have it to you tomorrow" but "tomorrow never comes. If they don't want my business they should have the cajones to tell me that to my face...not keep leading me on hoping I'll go away. If this is any indication of how they'd actually do a job, I'd recommend staying FAR away from this business. I don't think Generac will be too thrilled to hear of this treatment either...
