Well 3…read morecar accidents and 2 falls later, they wouldn't correct them as I was past their "60 day rule". From the 1st time I put these glasses on, I couldn't see, they had me wear them for 2 weeks, I still couldn't see right so they adjusted the lines and told me to wear them for a few more weeks. I was fine sitting down wearing them, but driving or walking was something I could not do. They expressed to me if you can't adjust, we will make it right and never once did they tell me anything about only having 60 days and now I'm stuck with a $600+ pair of glasses that are a danger for me to wear! Pretty sure they are not happy that I went for a second opinion! BEWARE OF THE 60 DAY RULE THEY HAVE!!!!

Obermark charged me twice for my first visit. I thought I was all paid up when I left the office,…read morebut I had a message on my phone before I got home saying that they were going to charge me another hundred dollars. When I got the glasses the frames were wrong, the coating on the lenses was wrong, and worst of all approximately 48 percent of the right lens was the wrong prescription, it was like bifocals that go the wrong way. I don't need bifocals, I need single vision lenses. The bad right lens was causing redness and pain in my right eye, and I was also getting headaches. On my final visit I asked obermark to fix my bad right lens but the only thing she was willing to do was readjust the frames, and she couldn't even do that right. She told me to wear the glasses closer to my face and just look around the bad half of my right lens, but the way she adjusted the frames she made them slide all the way down my nose, further away from my face. It took several visits to obermarks office to try and get her to make the glasses right but in the end she couldn't do it and I just had to go back to wearing my 11-year-old glasses. I hope this update is easier to understand than my original rambling review, I was too angry to make much sense when I wrote the first one.

Dr. Lassen, his wife Mrs. Kay and their staff have always provided excellent care and have a genuine concern for your well-being. I have never even bothered going to another eye doctor, because I know that I am already receiving the best care possible. Now that I am grown and have children of my own, Lassen's is where I take my kids to receive the best care as well.

I love the eye glass ladies( sorry, not sure what their called) they are so helpful, honestly with their opinion of choices I look at. Not only do you get the person whom you work with but other ladies, if not with a customer blends right in with helping to select frames. I really like that. You are not rushed nor due they try to persuade you in your choices. They were able to answer all my questions. If they did not kniw, they found someone who did. I picked a brand of Betty someone's frame. Metal glasses, different from my usual plastic, iridescent color, I chose nose pieces this time. They are really sharp. I love Bells Eye Center. Thankyou
