The food is great, service is very good by Finnish standards. I walked in with a friend of mine over the DBTL weekend, without a booking. They were very helpful and accommodating, getting us a table in a nearly full restaurant within a few minutes. I would say that booking is a better way to go here though, as it is a popular place to eat. Wine selection is great, and they have a large selection of RED, White and Sparkling available 'by the glass' too. Which is a good thing that is often overlooked at many establishments.

Lunch: - Choose from a soup, salad, meat, or fish course. (small/large portions for soups & salads) - One dessert option. Never disappointing. - Comes with tea/coffee. Clarification: Soups & salads are Nothing like your boring watered-down chicken noodle soup (or whatever the equivalent is in Finland) and uninspired wilted greens. It's much more elevated than that. Think: celery soup with salmon tartare, goat cheese & cashew salad. I'm not a big salad person, but find myself diving into a bowl of crisp lettuce more often than not. And the portions are very generous. I'm usually good with a small soup/salad plus dessert. Which sets me back only 10-11€... such a bargain! If coming for dinner, make reservations!!
