Several of the trees were located near our home, making the job even more challenging. From the beginning, Caleb demonstrated professionalism, experience, and excellent communication. One thing that really stood out to me was his honesty and transparency throughout the project. We have a playset in our backyard that could not be moved, and one of the trees had a widow maker hanging above it. Before starting the work, Caleb thoroughly assessed the situation and clearly explained the potential risks, including the possibility of damage if the limb were to fall. I appreciated that he took the time to discuss these concerns with us beforehand rather than leaving anything to chance or surprising us later. That level of communication speaks volumes about his integrity and confidence in his abilities. He wasn't afraid to address a difficult situation head-on, and his skill operating the equipment was impressive to watch. The entire crew worked efficiently, safely, and respectfully around our property. Despite the size and complexity of the job, everything was handled with precision and care.
