I was searching for an online business on the internet. I found one that I was interested in and put in my information to be contacted. Within a few minutes I got a call from a representative at Kreative. (Not the company I had contacted) Later I found out that they stole my information off the internet from this other company. (of course, they denied it) He went on with his spew about how I could make thousands of dollars from a online website and they would help me with every detail to do it. Then he told me it would cost me $16,500.00 up front which should have been a red flag. I was debt free at the time, and he talked me into getting two 0% credit cards for 18 months to pay that amount. He said I could have the cards paid off in no time easily. Of course, he lured me in, and I accepted his offer. Things seemed to be going good at first but then they just stated blowing me off and making excuses as to why this wouldn't work or that wouldn't work with their website. I was also having issues with some of the trainers which had the attitude that I was wasting their time and was dumb. I was also paying $100.00 a month in maintenance fees. After 20 months and still no website up and running, my credit card expired for the $100 and they didn't get their payment, so of course they emailed me. I emailed them back and basically told them that I wasn't paying them another cent until I had a up and running website making at least $200.00 a month. After that they didn't attempt to try and even contact me except only to remind me that I needed to pay them the monthly fee, and I just told them the same thing. I paid them a total of $18,800.00 which I am still paying off and I have nothing to show for it, and they have never tried to contact me. So, the best advice I can give you is to AVOID Kreative at all costs. I totally agree with what another person said. They will say and do anything to get your money and then they don't provide or fulfill what they promise and then you get burned like I did. The papers they have you sign free them of any obligation to pay you back if they don't fulfill their side of the agreement. It's basically your word against theirs. This is KREATIVE'S response to the BBB about the complaints they have received. You will notice further down in this article that they state that: "All Kreative's clients are informed both verbally (on recorded calls) and in writing (in the written contract) that no company, including Kreative, LLC can guarantee or represent any level of sales, profits, or success due to the websites being developed." The most recent response Kreative, LLC provided to BBB was on May 28, 2020 regarding the consumer allegations. The context of the letter appears below: "Kreative, LLC is more than willing to stand behind and fulfill the promises it makes. Kreative, LLC is also very concerned about its' customers' satisfaction and continues to refine the stringent and multi-tiered procedures designed by Kreative, LLC to assure that its customers know what to expect when they buy a website, internet marketing, or social media services from Kreative, LLC. While we work diligently to address any and all concerns raised by our customers, it is also important to note that the number of annual complaints received by the BBB are less than 1% of the 2,743 live websites currently hosted by Kreative, LLC. As mentioned previously, we are more than willing to provide the BBB with any evidence it would like to substantiate Kreative, LLC's position. I was pumped after they gave me the smoke and mirrors. After a year their platform is so broken and seems like they put a lock on my store you can look and add to the cart but any customer can't checkout! I will add my name to a very long list of complaints about this company. Mine is a little different as I am designing a beautiful ECommerce site and out of the blue they contacted me. What the other reviews didn't mention is that my contact rep mislead and falsely represented himself by telling me he was a part of the program I am with. He then showed me a fake google presentation with fake google statistics. I know because I went back and researched the information presented and found exactly the opposite. What is very disturbing is that he was reading verbatim my private conversations between my coach and myself, he bragged about how he accessed my emails, "I am looking at them right now and I can see that you emailed T-----r on Dec 1 at 10:00 am and you asked him about Google rankings and other business questions". I consider that a federal offense and it should be dealt with. This is invading ones privacy and that is wrong. It's also opening ones mail. It's low and disgusting to say the least. I don't understand what this company does. I have received multiple unsolicited phone calls from this company to my business. The sales people are very pushy and fairly rude and will not hang up the phone under any circumstances. For instance, I will say something like "I have no reason to use your service, and I dont want to talk to you anymore, have a nice day" and there will just be 15 seconds of silence and then the person will start with their pitch again. Multiple bad interactions. Every month or so someone new will call from Kreative (with a K) and berate me for not caring about increasing my Google search rankings. Also, when someone calls I say "I have had very bad interactions with your company before and don't want to do business with you" to which the salesperson replies "Yeah but you've never talked to me before" Give me a break. I don't want unsolicited calls for an amorphous service from pushy and rude sales people. I would be very happy for someone from the company to respond to this post. I would first like to add that I would give this company zero stars if it would allow. They are definitely SCAMMERS!!! Most of us think of scammers as someone who calls you and says you have an over due bill or something, gets your card information and runs with that. Not these people. These people, (as there are too many who contacted/harassed me to count) scam in a way that catches you off guard. They ask what your goals and dreams are and then emotionally and financially manipulate you that way. This never ending nightmare all started in November of 2020. This was shortly after Covid began and everyone was hurting financially, losing their jobs or being stuck at home. I was one of those people who lost their job. So of course, just like online shopping, I began looking online for work as well. The other reason I started this process was because I was trying to fulfill my dream of getting a sentimental family saying trademarked. As I was searching the internet, I came across Kreative (unfortunately for me). Then the scam began. Of course, I reached out to them and they initially asked me about these goals and dreams I had. They then used these completely to their advantage to sell me this scam of theirs. They told me that instead of making the website that I was imagining for this trademark, that I had to first make a different website with them. They asked me more about what I wanted for my "future" dream website. I told them about myself and the story behind the saying. I am a mother of five children, whom are all grown up now. My disabled son passed away about thirteen years ago. My whole family would say this meaningful saying to him and each other. This has made it incredibly special for us, especially after losing him. My plans were also to have sustainable income for the future, which would allow me to stay at home and be with my grandkids more. We continued on with Kreative (many other companies as well) to have them build me this website. Throughout this process, I would have meetings with my "coach" to try and help me understand what was going on. They would have different employees call and basically just ask me for more money for something that would "help" with my website. Always saying that I "need" to do this to be successful. One of these other companies being Digital Guidance (who also scammed me and got a ton of my money). I'm pretty sure they were just partnered together to scam even more and more people. After a while, I got so many different calls that I didn't even know if they were really from Kreative or not and was sick of paying them large sums of money. I can't even stomach saying publicly how much money they stole from me. I feel robbed and humiliated. Unfortunately, all of this pain and suffering was not spent alone. I talked my daughter into investing with me (of course before I know it was a scam) and she is now as emotionally and financially distraught as I am. These people have ruined our lives. We have no savings, struggle financially everyday and it takes a toll on our mental health as well. Just having this burden over our shoulders is a huge weight on us that feels as if it can never be lifted. We have felt nothing but stress for years now. We never came from money and sadly we have even less than we did before this all started, which was not much. We are writing this to warn others to not fall for this SCAM. It will ruin you financially and emotionally. The worst part is that they continued to try and get $100 a month from us and when we refused, they took down the website they made for us which we never made a dime on in the first place!!! Well, after reading these very negative reviews from people receiving phone calls from the individuals from Kreative, I too have had my fair share of unsolicited phone calls from companies such as Kreative. But I already knew this as I started out on my journey to find the right work at home opportunity. So when Kreative came calling asking to do business with me; I was very apprehensive about giving them a bunch of my money that I did not have. Because, I was going to give up on my dream of owning my work from business. However, after speaking with who is now my account representative, he allowed me to vent or speak of my bad previous eCommerce experience, and how I was shafted out of several hundred dollars, he offered what I now know as compassion, toward my plight. So after long conversations with him I decided to do business with Kreative. I ended up purchasing the least package they had to offer to me. Well, after nearly six months of work with the Kreative team of technicians and marketing experts; I now have a nice website built by Kreative that I'm very proud of. They are very professional when it comes to their expertise's in regards to building my website. However, if I had to speak of any negative experiences thus far with any technicians, I would honestly, have to say, that there has been a time or to when I felt like I being brushed off a unimportant in regards to my requests to having tasks preformed to my website. I found myself having to follow up more than once with my request to get these tasked completed. But eventually they would get completed. Now I realize that the majority of the technician are young adults; they have a lot to learn about when it comes to embracing their clients dream or vision for their website being built. But I think that come with time as they continually work with their clients. But over all it's been a good experience. Kreative is a good company to work with. you have to just their processes. I just got an email from Indeed employment showing me a job opening for this company. They state that it is a calm, fun environment to work in and there is no cold calling involved in the job. I have worked in a number of call centers so I checked that I might be interested, but having read the reviews of Kreative, I have changed my mind. If I'm going to work in a call center again, it will be reputable and honest in their business practices. These guys are the Masters of selling you their product for top Dollar and delivering a really low quality website and marketing/ advertising. They get you excited by being your friend and getting close to you and making you believer that they are experts and are going to help you make a successful business. But they don't know any more than a high school student who is researching and studying websites, marketing and advertising. Then when you won't keep buying more of their really expensive packages you have to wait weeks and even months for an appointment and then they cancel the appointment when you've waited for weeks. Your just not important anymore. Also they stay trying to get you to quit by testing you badly and making you feel small and actually bring rude! Don't waste your money with them! It all started last summer looking for an on line business. They have two offices supposedly, one in Redmond, Washington State and another in Fla. The Fla rep sold me on how professional the company was and caring. For $7000.00 they were giving me the world for that money. I started on the 2d level (why so much). But this guy was not allowed to handle me his self, but he was going to keep a personal eye on my progress. I am passed over to the Redmond Washington of Kreative. A couple of months go by and everything sounds really good as they tell it to me! The 2d rep I was passed off too said he needed to pass me over to his office assistant. The office assistant handles me a few months. They have had my money now for 3 months. I tell this assistant that I was supposed to had started receiving money after 3 months. They then sprung it on me that they needed to spend more time on my site preparation. The assistant wanted to see me succeed so although he had to pass me off to the Marketing dept, but before that he needed to sell me half the next steps assistance and he needed to have me ck for a means to pay them an additional $7000.00 to get me the special assistance for half of the next stuff. He too was going to watch over me as we had build this great rapport. He too wanted to prosper! This is the last time I hear from the assistant. The marketing manager now advises me over time that my sight is finally ready to work. I received a few more calls form him and finally no further contact received from Kreative. If there was a way to file a class action suite against Kreative, I would like to join! read more

Kreative is a spam company. I got a call at around 5:30PM today ( 7/16/2015 ) and was berated by a "manager". I've requested MULTIPLE times to be removed from the call list and still the calls come. The "manager" that berated me told me to "get ready for more calls". I've reported this company to the FCC and I recommend all of you do the same. Well I am one that purchased a website from them, I let the salesperson know I had been taken a couple other times, and was this the only charge, for that site. Per Travis yes no hidden charges,, that was a lie, we were told they could do my site, well their software you can not import all has to be put in manually,, so we worked on the site from June to Now 4/20/16 still not launched still have all the marketing to put in while paying $60 a month while they are working on it, and telling us how to do the meta tags, then tell me if I want people to pull up my site on the cell phones I need to pay another $2070 and that is some on extra marketing, and another $20 a month, A couple of the guys that work there really try to help you, because I think they realize the sales just tell you what you want to hear, so $5000 and over , I am waiting to see if they will cancel the rest of the contract for a site that isn't launched so please be careful you will be paying more than you think. and yes I did get many phone calls, also Linda Reid read more

This company has been harassing me for over a year now. Each time they call I request to be put on the do not call list, but that neverpens. The owners of Kreative LLC are the same owners of Visible.net that was shut down for defaulting on customer contracts. There is hours worth of reading on both companies for the scams they pull on businesses. Today, one of my staff answered the phone and politely told them we were not interested and hung up. Within the hour I get an email with the subject line on how rude my receptionist is and how I NEED this company for my business. Did he think that approach would actually get them through the door. My personal opinion only.... This company solicited me. I had never done anything like this and they made it sound so easy so I thought I would give them a try. After paying them $6,000 i did not get one sale online or even ever get my website up and running. From personal experience this company has one goal and one goal only --- to separate you from as much of your money as possible. I don't know if they are paid on commission but beware of the information that they give you. If they had told me up front what part of the making of my website would be my responsibility and not theirs i would have been out of the picture immediately. When they started telling me to do things that did not make any sense, again a red flag. When they found out I was only willing to pay "so much and no more" they lost interest in me. They threw me into a sea of web building and let me drown. The first month they were calling me so much I felt like i had a "new BOYFRIEND". When they could not talk me out of any more money I didn't even have a "friend". Maybe a person who has some experience in starting a web business would be better able to see through the bs. Unfortunately I was a good sucker for them. Now I can see my mistakes. If they call you make them prove their success stories to you. When I asked them about the company name they used to go by the rep said he did not know what I was talking about, another red flag. There were so many red flags looking back that I am taking 50% of the blame for what they did to me. I kept getting calls from KREATIVE and finally I gave into them and again for the 3rd I signed up with a company to build this web page that I have been dealing with now for 3 years. I am hoping that this time KREATIVE can get it right. Now that that they have done some of their work I am alive on the internet. There are issues that need addressed, but they seem to be coming around. I have been working with Monique, and she has been setting times with me to get to the support team and the design team. Floyd has been working with me to get things resolved, and Jeff has been doing the work i asked to be done. without those 3 people I think I would have been stuck with a webpage that wasn't usable. I have spent $$$$ with Kreative.com after an initial $3500 and over $100/month for over a year and a half. It has been money wasted. A sitemap was created and they installed Google Analytics which I could have done for free. They were supposed to install keywords and meta descriptions but it never got done despite multiple emails over months. Calling their office reached only an answering machine and I never would get a call back. After I cancelled my contract they tried to make it up to me by finally installing the keywords and descriptions. BEWARE!!!! HANG UP THE PHONE IF KREATIVE CALLS! THEY ARE COMPETE SCAMMERS!! I lost thousand and thousand of dollar through them!! DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT. THEY HAVE ALL OF THEIR LOOSE ENDS TIED UP. Their only decent employees are their salesmen, and Gary Wong who collects your 2 year monthly fees ($2,000) when you try to leave. I invested in their Platinum website (the best money can by supposedly) on Dec. 31st, 2015. It took them 6 months to complete. And then it was not what I was promised and it has many issues that needed attention. When first launched, they forgot to set up the cart where people checkout. How ludicrous!! Whenever I tried to change something on my main navigation bar, I would loose important links. My rating with Google went way down. The back end of Warhead (their hosting program) is very complicated and time consuming when listing your products. It is a BIG DINOSAUR!! The only customer satisfaction policy they have is to invest/pay more money for a more expensive website. DO NOT BE FOOLED when you ask for recommendations from existing clients. I received an unsolicited call from this company on my cell phone (which is listed on the Do Not Call registry.) I asked the salesperson to please not call my number again and he became very rude and told me "this is not a sales call" and that he was only calling to give me "free information" - when I questioned this, he told me it "could turn into a sales call." Our first meeting on line, he jumps through sites to answer questions, he shows me where to go to get the answers I have to questions. He says very little, displays what he is thinking online--It was an unusual way to communicate--but I hope I understood what he was trying to say--we'll see when I try to do what he displayed and if it was what he was expecting. I do not have any money to spend--every thing I have has already been spent to have a website that is a non-functional money-pit, and I was looking for help to get it to being a functional money maker. I had the same experience where Kreative called and I told them that I had a website and it did not work out; therefore, I wanted to find work on the internet - not another website. They continued to call and had others call from companies in their building (all graduates of Kreative). I felt as if I was a "puppet" and they are exceedingly adapt at doing anything to get your money. Unfortunately, I caved in and entered into an agreement with them. Everything was secretive! For each phone session they put a program on my computer called Migogo, and I was given a password every time we had a scheduled session. Within two weeks I received a call from Don Thompson the "Director" and knowing my passion for dogs, he attempted to sell me a turn-key business selling dog beds for $14,000 more. I told him that I don't have the money and I am 70 years old, but he was persistent and kept calling. He showed me only the good items from the business as it was from a former client. I felt scared and did not think to ask if I could do the same with the $9,000 I had already paid. I later learned that it was not 'turn-key" and it was no different than setting up a new business in terms of the work involved. Once a week I received a phone call from Jon and he was not very friendly and kept asking for a decision on drop shippers although he knew that I wanted to do more unique beds (military, sport teams, princess beds, etc.) Everything was secretive. During the 3 days after the 2nd contract, Donny called everyday. When I could not take their business practices anymore, I was watching the local news on TV when a list of companies under investigation was put up, and there was KREATIVE. I called and spoke with the newsman and he offered help. I received another call 2 days later from the a company directly working with the Attorney General's Office in California. I learned that Kreative was under investigation for their practices from several agencies. They wanted to help and submitted "Cease & Desist" paperwork to Kreative. Kreative's reponse to the order was to take out $100 every month. I was told that I cannot talk to them although they had everyone calling me under false pretenses. Now, the good part. Originally, I never received a copy of the agreements. They sent a link and when opened all it said was "Your agreement was approved". I am glad I made a copy of that as I received a call from them informing me that they changed my email password (without my permission). They have refused to return the money $23,400 and they have "hacked" into my computer as I now have both agreements, and other documentation that I did not have before. They have no business scruples, and I am still intent on resolving this matter. If they call you, do NOT talk with them or do business with them. read more

I signed up for this company hoping to have a web site set up with my meager retirement money, which was very little, after spending most of my life raising children,[ which I had no retirement for doing that,] I spent my retirement to pay for this in hopes of being able to replace the money and be able to make money to live on in the future. I live in Florida and I receive phone calls at 9:30 at night to discuss setting my website. According to the people I talked to at the beginning my initial amount was supposed to cover coaching and setting up the website. Every phone call is someone asking me for more money to get the website up and running at this point I feel I have just donated my retirement that I worked hard for, they also keep wanting me to take out credit cards to pay for more things they say I need to get it working, they also like to make sure you are a single person, they drive you crazy asking personal information which has no bearing on setting up a website that works.They are supposed to supply a list of drop shippers I can get in touch with to use on the website, So far I get phone calls from 2 different time zones and it all has to do with setting up the website. At this point I am feeling that I AM ROYALLY SCREWED OUT OF MY RETIREMENT AND I DIDN'T EVEN GET ANY ENJOYMENT OUT OF IT. {Don't call me after 6 pm eastern time.} I have tried to call them at 8 am their time and get no answer. Any business of this type should be open at 8 am. I will be sitting next to my phone at specified time of an appointment and no call half past the time, next I know when I check my email it says they tried to call me at the specified time,,,,,,no they did not. read more
