I did see a few employees around, so if you need help they are on the sales floor. There was a little bit of a line with only three cashiers open but it did move pretty quickly. The guy that checked me out was friendly. Parking lot is huge, in a big shopping center. Sales throughout the store too.

Compared to other places the quality of items seem much better. But since they are closed for a good reason on Sundays, I shop at the other stores. Anyway, I just want to say the I came here on a Monday night before closing and there were 2 lines and I was on the one that was not moving. So a young lady came and opened a register but instead of taking customers from the line that was not moving she decided to take customers from the line that was. I am very patient by the way but there seemed to be confusion at the register, but I felt like it would be solved any minute now, so I stayed because I was next. So after 10 minutes I suggested she take customers from my line which means I should have been next. However, she ignored me. Manager was in the front and didn't even say anything. These workers need serious training. Al yssa, please do better to consider what your customers are explaining to you.

I would not recommend this place. The people who work there are actually volunteers, and the board…read moreof directors leading them are mean and vicious. I entered art in the art show a few times. And I painted murals inside the shop. My artwork was carelessly dropped on the floor and broken (frame) and I was not treated nicely at all when I wanted them to pay for the repairs. The women who run the shop are rude and scary. I was renting a space there but I was viciously kicked out for no good reason. The only thing that I am truly upset about is this: I hand painted a large mural in the shop and I was kicked out so fast and so viciously that I did not have a chance to paint over it. And the president of the place managed to either somehow scrub off or paint over my signature. Of my art. There are a few nice people there. But mostly bad vibes. SHE REMOVED MY SIGNATURE FROM MY ART. Oh! AND! During an art show opening event, they put yellow caution tape across my booth and my friend's booth to prevent us from making any sales. And they tell customers they are doing construction. Not true.

Stopped into Michaels while my car was charging and was impressed right away. Staff was friendly…read moreand helpful, with people on the floor ready to assist. I headed back to look at picture frames, browsed around, and even checked out the restroom, which was clean and well maintained. The store itself looked very organized and fully stocked. Wide product selection across the board frames, crafts, home décor everything was easy to find and well presented. Customer service stood out, and the overall experience was smooth. I see alot of mixed reviews but for me This Michaels is doing things right. Rating: 5 Stars

Drop off and pickup went smoothly and EMBROIDERY looked presentable except for one small issue. The thread that I picked for my project came out much lighter than it presented itself on the spool which caused the names to only be visible at a close up distance. FYI: FOR THOSE NEW TO EMBROIDERY TAKE YOUR THREAD COLORS INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN PLACING EMBROIDERY ON LIGHT COLOR MATERIALS.
