Our five star review previously given on 10/14/2025 was for Priscilla. Obviously I do not know of the circumstances but she was the reason we went here. We completed two sessions of training with Priscilla for our new puppy. We were about to sign up for our third session when we learned of Priscilla's departure. Needless to say we did not subscribe to the third session nor will we ever shop in the store as well as encouraging our friends and family to do likewise. If PetSmart treats long time associates in the manner in which they treated Priscilla; then we will spend our money with companies who show compassion towards associates and the animals in which they serve. ---------------------------------- We just finished puppy and intermediate training with our Australian Shepherd puppy Ruby at PetSmart on Victory and cannot recommend these programs enough. We've gone through training with two of our other dogs but since Ruby is our first puppy, we wanted to make sure we knew what we should and should not do. Priscilla came recommended from neighbors and friends and they were correct. She is patient with all the puppies and humans. More importantly, she is firm but fair. We are excited to continue with additional classes in the new year to ensure we have a happy but well mannered Aussie that we can take anywhere.

My girl, Lilabet, was so nervous on her first trip to Savannah. She refused to eat or drink she was…read moreso scared! So I looked up some dog friendly place to chill, and maybe buy some calming treats for her. Not only did they have the treats I was looking for, but they have a wonderful arrangement of treats. Lilabet was allowed to sniff around and play with the other dogs there. It was such a comfortable environment. She came out of her shell, enjoyed lots of pets and zoomies, and loved the honey ginger treats so much. I ended up buying a bag of them! Such a wonderful place, and Oliver Bentley was a very welcoming owner. He greeted Lilabet at the door and had a very calming attitude. There are also dog water fountains available, and the packaging is compostable! Loved it, will come again.

It is nice to know that when you have a question about a product it will be answered. I feed my dog grain free. There is a wide variety of dog foods at Bentley's. The treats, toppers, supplements and so much more are great quality. They are located in Habersham Village. There are dedicated parking spots for their customers. If you look for the yoga studio they are close to it. Or if you are coming from the other direction they are next door to the gas station. I love that when I call if they are out of something they will grab it from the other store for me. The staff will also hold the bags of food I like until I get there if you are in their system. If you sign up with your phone number your twelfth bag of food is free! Go and shop for your furry babies at Bentley's!

We came to Savannah with our dog, who has been a real trooper this whole trip. As we were walking…read morewe spotted Woof Gang Bakery and upon entering it felt like his version of paradise. He was greeted by a friendly woman who gave him lots of love and helped recommend some treats that seemed to be local and homemade. She also introduced him to his new favorite treat, chicken chips. We noticed that they stock Fluff and Tuff toys - the only toys that stand a chance of lasting longer than a day or two with our dog. We left happy to have gotten a chance to support this small business and our pup left with a pep in his step for the rest of the walk.
