I booked a trip from Kiel to Hamburg Airport on 23 May for arrival at the airport at 18:30. I was…read moretold that the taxi would pick me up at 17:15 in Kiel. When I called at 17:20 to ask if everything was going as planned I got an annoyed answer that the taxi was on its way. It arrived at 17:45 and still needed to pick up 3 other people before it could leave to Hamburg. I called again to say that I was going to miss my flight if we needed to drive around Kiel picking up people, so the KielExx lady arranged me a private vehicle which arrived 7 minutes after I got out of the first taxi. I finally got to Hamburg airport at 19:00 and I would have for sure missed my flight were it not that I was extremely lucky that my flight was delayed by one hour. KielExx: never again!

I received no phone call and when I called half an hour after the scheduled time was told that the taxi was on its way. The taxi arrived at 16:30, one hour late. I lost my flight and was left with a bill of 300 euros for rebooking. plus 39 euros they still charged me for an awful service. Avoid like the plague.
